We are a full sevice company providing residential home construction and improvements, remodeling, maintenance and repair both structural and non-structural. Depending on scope, we do on-occasion sub-contract as necessary (Plumbing and electrical always). Billing in general is 1/3rd upon signing, 2nd/3rd at commencment and final/3rd at completion. However, depending on scope and cost (large projects) billing may be incremental and of varying amounts and defined in writing in the payment section of the contract.
