Tom is very responsive, easy to reach on the phone, when he tells us he is going to be there he will for sure, always calls if he cannot make it (we had bad weather getting in the way), he works fast and gets the job done

His initial take was that the entire window needed to be replaced, but he went off and did some research concluding that he could repair it at a significantly lower cost (4-5x). He has a very practical approach to looking at a job and giving honest estimates on the various options, which we really appreciated. After the initial estimate we went back & forth for a while on scheduling (due as much to me being busy/traveling as him being busy). Once we fixed the day he was there on time and finished/cleaned up on time. The repair looks good - only open question is if it will start drooping again. Time will tell, but he seems quite confident it will hold up. Overall we are very happy with the job and the overall process of working with Tom. We will use him again should the need arise.

He showed up very promptly to give an estimate,gave an estimate very promptly,and then gave a really god price to do the work.I had already committed to do replace the deck in the morning of the same day that i got his estmate.I chose soeone wiht a very flexible scedual,which has turned out to be a good idea.

Received three estimates, of which his was the lowest. Both other companies are also highly regarded on Angie's List. Two sets of dates were set, earlier interior work was done while outside weather was problematic, siding was set for early spring/summer to avoid being too hot but take advantage of good weather. Both parts of the work began and were completed on time. Crew knew what it was doing, was highly organized, and as the work progressed offered options on materials and strategies (especially on the inside which was basically a "get it in shape" project) to reduce costs or offer cost-effective possibilities in dealing with initially invisible problems. Tom's inventiveness in solving unforeseen problems or providing for new requests from customers in the midst of the work was a genuine help.

Provided estimates for various quality windows throughout the house, allowing us to choose what we needed and could afford. Then he and his crew set an apppointment, arrived on time, went straight to work and put them in place. We have seen a real improvement in our heating bills since the windows were installed and we did not choose the most expensive. All employees were courteous, focused on the work and it was finished right on time. We have since employed Brady for unfinished carpentry and had exactly the same experience.

He has kept a close eye on my roof to make sure that it has settled in correctly and also recommended I get a some one to trim a nearby limb that was in danger of falling on roof. He has been responsive to coming out and making minor repairs with the shingles. The roof is not only nicely done but also reduced our energy costs. The windows haven't been installed yet for a whole month but I can already notice a difference. You can stand near the windows and not feel any air coming through from the outside. The windows function well and look nice.

WE WOULD MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, BUT THEN HE WOULD CALL AND RESCHEDULE. ONE DAY HE DID NOT SHOW UP FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND DID NOT CALL. IN SPITE OF THIS, I CALLED HIM BACK BECAUSE I REALLY NEED THE WORK DONE. HE SAID HE COULD COME, BUT ONCE AGAIN DID NOT SHOW OR CALL.
