This is the 2nd time I've used Greg and his son Brandon and this experience was as pleasant as the 1st time.

Greg and Brandon came back on the scheduled day, early than promised, which was great, and proceeded to correct the issue with the toilet, a leaking seal, which was replaced and solved the problem. They made quick work of replacing the dripping faucet and the shower regulator. Greg and Brandon were very professional in all aspects of their work. They explained each step of the process of doing their work, they presented options to resolve issues (replace parts or replace whole unit) they cleaned up after they were finished, I was very satisfied with my experience and can certainly understand why they have so many "A" ratings - great job guys !!!

It went well. My tankless hot water heater was leaking, so time was of the essence. They came promptly, when they said they would, and installed a new water heater. They were quick, clean, and professional. Job well done.

Greg was very responsive and got a time set up to come by promptly. He worked quickly, getting in and out in about and hour to replace two valves going to my washer.

The son called and asked what time would be best for me. I said it was an emergency and they came right out.

One of the valves in our shower went and we could no longer regulate water flow/temperature. I found Greg's company on Angie's List and emailed him looking for an estimate on the work to be done and cost of such work. He responded very quickly and was even able to come by on the same day to give me a free estimate. There was no BS and he told me upfront what the work would entail and the approximate cost. Throughout the process of scheduling the work to be done, he was always prompt with responding to any questions I had. They arrived on time, did a great job and charged exactly around the range he had told me upfront. There was no hidden agenda here - truly a professional who I would recommend for any Plumbing/Heating issue you may have. I will definitely use them again.

The price was reasonable. The quality was good. It was him and his son. It took about an hour and a half. They came pretty quickly and they did good work. They cleaned up when they were done.

They went out of their way to assist me, only one day worked due to appliance store mix up on delivery time. Very much appreciated their efforts.

Greg and his son did a fine job repairing my toilet which was leaking water from the bottom. He inspected all my 3 toilets at my request and only recommended repairs to the one. Greg quickly diagnosed the problem and had the necessary new parts to resolve the leaking issue and a properly seal the toilet. The entire job only took about an hour. Greg answered all my questions and was also very friendly to my little dog who likes to bark at strangers in the house. would definitely call Greg again.

Working with Greg was a very positive experience. We felt comfortable with him from our first interaction. They are very timely and efficient. They cleaned up the area and removed the old heater. We will definitely use him again for any plumbing issue we have in the future.

Greg is just awesome. Dealing with a leaking water heater, I had hired Roto-Rooter the day before as they promised next day service. What a joke, they were over 5 hours late! I checked Angie's list and found G&C. I spoke to Greg at around 4pm on Wednesday. I told him the situation, he asked me to text him a photo of the water heater and said he would be here at 9am the next morning. HE WAS! He gave me the price upfront - $1450 for a 10 yr electric, included install, removal, town cert... He sent me a text first thing in the morning to let me know he was on his way. In and out with no mess left behind. He found my water shut off valve was leaking, and replaced it for the cost of the part only. Great communication, fast service, super clean, and Greg and his son were just nice guys!

They did a phenomenal job. The thing I appreciate the most about G&C is their responsiveness. They return phone calls and emails within a couple of hours. They show up when they say they're going to show up. They also explain, in detail, what's going on with your plumbing. For example, they pointed out why my faucet was leaking instead of just fixing it and giving me a bill. As a new homeowner, it means a lot to me that they not only fixed the problem but also took the time to educate me. Bottom line: They care about their customers and go out of their way to earn your business. I highly recommend these guys!

We contacted them via email and he responded by end of day with the hourly rate and approx. number of hours for the job. This gave us a clear picture about the cost. He gave us a hour window for the appointment and was there at the scheduled time. Greg did a great job installing a dishwasher and fixing a leaky shower faucet. Some parts that was required was left with the old dishwasher that had been disposed. He had spares and was able to complete the job within the specified time. We have a few other fixes/jobs in the future and will definitely give them a call again.

The service went very well. We received a full explanation of what the problem was and the different approaches to fixing the problem. The information was given in a professional factual manner without any effort to influence our decision. The cost included parts and labor. Both were reasonable.

Greg and his son were a pleasure to work with. They returned my call on the same day I called them. They made an appointment and arrived on time. Greg explained the problems in a manner I could understand. The work was done professionally. They were personable and cared for my home. They wore plastic booties on their shoes to protect my floors. The price was reasonable for the work that was done. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again myself.

Working with G&C was a very professional and friendly experience. They were prompt to provide a quote and schedule the work. They arrived at the precise time the work was scheduled to begin and when the project was complete they throgoughly cleaned up any debris. I will definitlely be working with G&C for future projects.

Efficient, clean and prompt service. Replaced the faucet and broken drain and also replaced the existing u-bend and drain pipes.

I cannot say enough great things about G & C Plumbing. Greg returned my call within five minutes. I was so relieved when he said that he'd be by in a few hours. I explained to Greg and Brandon what was wrong and that I thought I needed a new hot water heater. They agreed. Greg explained what was involved, described the new water heater and gave me a reasonable price. All went well and they were done in 1.5 hours. AMAZING! They went over with me how the new tank worked, how to adjust it and what signs of trouble might be in the (far off) future. Two pieces of advice for anyone needing a new hot water heater: Get a 10 yr heater (not a 6 yr) and hire G & C Plumbing to do the install. I will definitely hire them again!! I could not be happier! Finding a skilled, honest, reliable plumber is like finding the right doctor. Once you find them, you never want to let them go. Thank you G ? C!!!

G& C are excellent. Most importantly they answered the phone I explained the problems and they came out immediately . They were careful,courteous and very professional. The work was done very carefully with no mess left behind. They suggested a bio product to use that would help with clearing any other further laundry problems. The Bio-Clean product will not harm the pipes . I look forward to working with them in the future and will recommend them to everyone

Everything went really well. We had a bad situation with another contractor and G&C stepped in and really saved us. They did a great job, were prompt, communicated at every step of the project and got us back on track. We thought we had a different plumbing issue (unrelated to the first job) about a month later and when they came out they told us that we didn't need anything done. They are honest and I will trust them now with all our plumbing work.

Perfectly. My dryer was over 20 years old so the the new one needed to be installed to a different code which the plumber did and explained. I understand that this was not a big job but it was important to me and I couldn't get plumbers to even call me back including my regular one. I now have a new plumber!

My furnace stopped working and I called Greg of G&C to try to schedule a repair. He responded very quickly telling me his truck wasn't working and wouldn't be able to come until Monday( this was a Thursday) BUT he asked me what type of furnace I had to see if he could recommend someone. I emailed the type and he immediately gave me the name of another company to call, I did call that person and it worked out fantastic. Not only did he recommend a top notch company I found out he had contacted that company prior to my call to them to let them know to expect a call. He then emailed me at the end of the day to ask if everything worked out and I was all set. This type of customer service to a person who isn't even an actual customer just astounds me. I will be renovating a main bathroom and half bath and Greg will be the person that I hire.
