Description of Work: Survey for landscape design

Description of Work: We had our small level lot surveyed for an addition we are planning. This company had excellent response for timing. Nice people, prompt job was done. A bit more money than we had estimated for a survey originally, but this cost was exactly what they told us it would be and they show up in winter to get the job done. No problems with result other than compass directions, we don't expect to ever need another survey.

Description of Work: stakeout out plot lines for a driveway project and was very quick and followed through in a timely manner

Description of Work: My husband and I appreciated the timeliness and professionalism of this survey company. Dennis estimated that it would be about 4 weeks until they could come to the home. The surveyors were there within 3 weeks and the project was completed with metal markers placed at the 4 corners of the property. Dennis sent a detailed CAD plot plan (in triplicate)to our home within the week along with a pdf file sent to my email. A pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: Dennis O'Brien Land Surveying delivered services on time and as promised. We had to look all over to find a surveyor that would respond to our request, but DOBLS did so and came within the 4 week time span that they originally promised. Plans were drawn two weeks later. I would recommend them to other area residents.

Description of Work: Boundaries line, setting iron pins in each corner, plot plan showing existing of the house. |They are very professional, super nice and I can't say thank you enough, they told me will take 4 week but they did in 8 days, the price is low compare to other, You can't get any better than this.
