Under Pressure Power Washing

They were the first to respond to my inquiry on Friday, and were able to schedule for the convenient time on Monday. Appointment was scheduled for 8:30am, however crew appeared only at 9am. I was told that it will take about 3 hours to complete the job. I asked them to take care of a few little things like the small area on the deck that was with moss and also on the stairs and a bit on a driveway. They were hesitant, mentioning it will be an extra charge and that they do not have time for that. The job was done OK, however they did not complete well the cleaning of a gutter in one place and also driveway next to stonework was not cleaned completely. Now I still need to figure out how to do this little job. Given that they were done in 1.5 hours. they definitely had time to address the remaining issues, but chose not to. A job for 2 guys @ 550 for 1.5 hours could be cheaper and better. I was later getting quotes for $320 for same job, including deck washing.

They were prompt and did good quality work

communication was good with their office; they provided quotes promptly, had good follow up and provided me a discount because i had multiple things done at one time. they arrived just after 9am and spent the whole day washing. two guys completed the whole job. i tried to stay out of their way, but checked progress occasionally. they were very good to explain what they were doing. the house looks brighter and cleaner after they finished. after a couple of days we noticed some "staining' from the treatment...turns out it was some of the treatment that ran out from dripping and dried. the same guys came out and cleaned it quickly. they checked to make sure that i was satisfied the way it came out. great response and good people working for them. happy to recommend them.

Response time to schedule appointment was excellent, all staff was pleasant. Our house looks great and they 2 guys completely the job were very meticulous.

I purchased my house knowing that the roof needed some care, there had been a fair amount of moss and lichen growing from years under large trees covering the roof. Once I removed the larger branches on the trees, I called in Under Pressure to do the heavy lifting and help increase the lifespan of my roof (of course helping with the houses curb appeal as well) Jennifer was a pleasure to work with, very friendly and responsive. She was patient while I was going through the estimate process and while they were not the cheapest, I felt more comfortable going with UP because of the other user reviews as well as the close proximity to my home. Sometimes cheapest isn't always best as I've learned in my 'new home' adventure - I always look at value. They made this experience extremely easy for me - and I never felt like I had to worry that they wouldn't show up or I would come home and find my plants had been trampled. The process took a week, they came out a week ago to apply what needed to be applied to kill off the moss - in that process they cleaned my gutters. I didn't expect the roof to look great at that time since there had been a lot of moss to kill off. A week later (yesterday) they came out to do the washing - the results are truly amazing! The roof looks brand new. I learned the previous owner had called Under Pressure for a quote - but they never did the work for unknown reasons. If the previous owner had the roof washed, they would have certainly increased the value of their home when they put it on the market.

They arrived at 9:30 and hooked up to my external water tap. Two people switched off power washing the house and the job was complete in five (5) hours. They did a good job. The cost of the job seemed a little high. In my case, I'm prepping the property for sale so it was worth it. Had my circumstances been different, I would have shopped around. That being said, the results I got were absolutely excellent.

Went well. Bought the bug deal, provided availability and got a call to schedule (already impressed vs. chasing down other providers). My home is not in their immediate service area so they said they would schedule me when they had another job in the area. Fine by me. They came within 30min of when they said they would and did a good job. My home is very close to the other homes, which involved some acrobatics getting to the gutters but they managed. No issues & would use again.

It went very well. Black streaks were gone and the green lichen darkened to a brown so harder to notice on our brown roof. I can say that after the first rain it looked even better. The roof looks great. The lichen has almost disappeared as well. For the price, and against the other roof washers out there (and I had about 5 estimates); Under Pressure came out as a lower priced, and for me - quality work.

Good communication with the company, very pleasant and good response to time requests. Very professional service - good people to deal with. Provider showed up when they said, did the job specified - provided a great cleaning to the gutters and pressure washed the walkway. Impressed that they did not dump any of the removed debris from the gutters onto the lawn or in my woods... took everything with them (even saw him clean up a few leaves that hit the ground during cleaning). Good service - will certainly use again, and would recommend! Thanks!

I called Under Pressure and talked to Jennifer, who was able to generate a quote for us quickly using the square footage of our house available online. They came out a few days later and did the job, and it's like a brand new house. The communication was very clear (phone, email), and I couldn't be more pleased.

They did a good job totally unsupervised. I gave a B for responsiveness.

The improvement was like night to day, and the results were beyond my expectations.

The house and roof look great! Jeff and Marcos are power washing professionals, I highly recommend them. They were thorough and conscientious. Jeff was very concerned about my deck finish and the potential to leave spots. After convincing him it would be OK, he made sure to keep the deck wet as he applied and rinsed the cleaning agent to avoid any spots. No spots when he was done. Also amazing that you don't end up with spots or residue on any of the windows, they look great too! The only very slight negative had to do with setting up the initial contact. After buying the Angies List offer, it took a couple of tries to connect over what needed to be done and scheduling the job. I suspect this is because my needs were a bit outside the standard offering that Under Pressure had made through Angies List and possibly my location. I mention this in case others encounter it and to encourage you to reach out to Jennifer (Under Pressure's coordinator) as she's great too. They estimated the upcharge for my job by looking at my house on line through Google/Bing maps I think. Bottom line, I highly recommend Under Pressure Power Washing and will definitely hire them again when the time comes for the next cleaning.

Crew a bit late, but they called to warn me so no problem.

The house got beaten up badly after this winter. Ice dam, stains on sidings. We had used Under Pressure Powerwash approximately three years ago to clean up mildew on sidings and moss on roof. The house has been sparkling clean since then. So we call them back again to remove brown stains that probably came from gutter dirt and water stains. They did a great job again. They are responsive, scheduling was easy, got the job done, even clean our walk way and deck at backyard. We don't even need to be home. We definitely use again in the future.

I was happy with the work, the issues I had however, they sent someone out on a Saturday after we had talked about scheduling, the gentleman explained that they were backed up and couldn't do the work that weekend. They said they would be available Monday so we agreed to schedule for then but they didn't show, and ended up completing the work 2 weeks later. Again, I was happy with results but it was a slight bother to wait so long to get the work completed.

They are very good. They were great. They were conscientious.

It was fine, they took care of the issues I had that another provider could not service.

They missed one of the gutters/elbows, and the owner Mark responded and came right out and cleaned it today.

We were a little delayed due to the weather. I wish they would have called the day of just confirm they came. They did the work when we were not home. We could tell they came by to clean the gutters so it worked out.

The crew seemed to do a quality job. Communication during scheduling could have been much better, but overall work was good. As others have noted, we had a hard time getting them here. It appears they acknowledge this issue related to a first angie's list deal around the start of winter.

Once they arrived at my home, the gutters were cleaned very quickly, and seemingly pretty well. No power washing was done, but then again I didn't have anything I wanted power washed. My gripe is with the level of responsiveness: I called the company two weeks after purchasing the deal via Angie's List because I hadn't heard from them. They said they'd call back shortly to put me on the schedule, but I had to call them back after again not hearing from them, this time for about five days. Again, nothing was scheduled, but they said they'd fit me in soon. A few days later, and starting to feel like I'd have to ask for a refund, they showed up, not at any appointed time, but seemingly at random. Luckily, my wife was home. My impression was that, despite the description of the service area in the ad, our home wasn't at all within an area the company typically services. Also, some blame falls on me for waiting until a very busy time of year; such is the life of the new homeowner. But I'd recommend giving a call to determine availability before buying.

The weather got bad before they had a chance to come out and do the work so I will need a refund. They were very helpful, Mark, the owner, even apologized for not being able to get the job done for us. He was very professional about the situation.
