Excellent work, A+, definitely worth the cost. Mark went above and beyond my expectations. He was thorough, answered all my questions and did a beautiful job. I recommend Under Pressure highly. Details: My house is over 5000 sq. ft., 3 stories high (with walk out basement), with a complex roof. My house is surrounded by trees and woods, primarily large oaks, so it is very private but unfortunately needs to be cleaned every 2-3 years due to mildew and algae on the siding, gutters and foundation. The north-facing roof has moss, mildew, etc. This job requires ladders and is not an easy DIY project. I always get several estimates. Under Pressure was not the cheapest but they are worth it. They are the most professional from start to finish. Years ago another company damaged 2 motion-sensor flood lights. Not good. I will stay with Under Pressure.

Had a 25 year old weathered pressure treated deck cleaned and could not believe how fantastic it looked afterwards. Technician was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Really terrific work. Just gave the company phone number to a local home improvement contractor who saw my deck before and afterwards and wanted to know who cleaned it since it came out so well. Saved me from having to replace my whole deck. Highly recommend.

Good but had to reschedule several times because of the weather

They did a good job. When they looked at the roof, they pointed out that one of the two sections I thought needed washing did not. So they asked if I would like to skip that and save 50%. Duh, YES! LOL I was impressed. It took a while to schedule this work because of early spring weather. Understandable.

The team climbed a very steep pitch of my roof to power wash and treat a very difficult area to navigate taking care to be sure the water flowed down the shingles. It wasn't a large area, it was just very hard to get to ensuring the water flow was down - otherwise water would get under the shingles and damage the roof. The team was very professional and explained everything that would be done as well as their approach. They kept me updated as they progressed and pointed out some areas I need to attend to given their unique vantage point from the top of a steeply pitched roof.. The end result was exactly what I had hoped for and comes with a warranty. The clean-up was perfect. The team was very nice and accommodating. It is what you expect from a service and more.

Wonderful. Very responsive and professional. Blew air throughout the downspouts to make sure they were clear. I've used other people in the past and they've never done this. Cleaned up after.

I was amazed by the results. My deck is at least 15 years old and I thought I might need to rebuild it. But after the pressure washing and treatment it was clean down to bare wood and ready for staining. After staining it looks great! There are a few boards that should be replaced but overall it should be good for another 15 years. It was worth every penny!

I was called the next day to setup the appointment. Even though I was at the far reach of their territory I was setup with an appointment for a week later.The person setting up the appointment fully explained the service and the guarantee. She also asked if I needed any other service as they could give me a great price if all is done on the same day. There was no pressure to buy more service. I decided to add a house and deck wash, and a total house mold resistant coating. On the day of the service they showed up promptly at the time setup, with a professional setup that was in a nice truck. They had brought their own water supply. THey started the roof immediately, climbing right on it and carefully applying the product. I saw immediate results as the black mildew streaks I had started to disappear. They also noted some heavy green mold spots and hand applied the material. It was a 2 man crew, one started on my large deck and the other on the house. I think it took about 4 hours total and then they stayed around to ensure that the roof was correct. The forman stated that they wanted to make sure the roof was thoroughly coated under the skylight. The house coating they applied really made my vinyl siding look brand new, and it still does 3 months later. The roof looked good when they finished, I was totally satisfied, but it looks even better every day, now better than new. The composite deck looked great and it too has gotten even better with time (not sure why). I totally happy with this purchase. I had someone else do the same job several years ago and they had no guarantee, and also charged more than Under Pressure.I had pretty low expectations because of previous companies work, but now my house looks great! Good as new.

They stated that the moss on the roof would die and come off the roof when it rains. They also stated that if it didn't then we should call them and they would come back to remove the dead moss. We called to inform them that the moss was still on the roof and could they come by and power wash the moss off. They stated that they would send someone out to get us an estimate. I explained that this was not our understanding of the service we signed up for and the job wasn't finished. Our belief is that Under Pressure didn't complete the job and we shouldn't have to pay additional fees for a job that isn't finished.

Great! They cleaned my roof while I was at work, so I came home to a 'like-new' roof with no hassle.

The team did an excellent job of removing mold and mildew from the vinyl siding of the house. they were very accommodating to retouch a couple of spots and very conscientious and courteous. I am very happy that my house looks brand new!

Their office staff is very communicative and effective. The work was performed according to our contract. Again the office used emails and Angie's messaging features very effectively which fits my preferred style of communication with contractors.

The treatment involved two appointments, one to apply the chemicals, and another about a week later to remove the dead moss from the roof. The result was roof that looked new. One unfortunate side effect was that some ferns near a shed that was also treated died. It seems the chemicals that kill the moss are also quite good at killing ferns.
