Description of Work: I called and left word of my interest in having some 40' of 2nd floor gutters cleaned along with about 20' of 1st floor gutters. Karl returned my call and came by to scope the job. We agreed on a price of $100. We agreed that he would do the job after most of leaves had fallen. Karl came with 2 helpers, and using his 36' extension ladder, he and his helpers manually cleaned the gutters and with the help of a portable leaf blower, finished the job and blew away the leaves that they had removed, cleaning the front and rear porches and patio. We were totally satisfied.

Description of Work: Don't know how it could have been any better. I had a problem with a blockage in one of the gutters and went to Angie's List to pick someone to do a 4 year overdue cleaning on all the gutters on my 2 family. I sent an e-mail to Third Generation thinking I'd get it done in a week or two. About 20 minutes after I sent the e-mail they pulled up and introduced themselves. I asked how so fast and he said they were finishing a job a couple of streets away and got the call from the office. So, we talked about the job, he gave me an estimate and said they were ready to do it now if that's what I wanted. |So, maybe an hour after I sent the e-mail out, the job was done. |BIG attaboy/girl to all involved. The office staff for being on the ball and the 3 crew for being friendly, professional, efficient and effective. I WILL be calling on them in the future. |

+ 1 moreKarl and his associate arrived at our home on time and immediately set to work. They cleaned the gutters (even more of them than I had expected) first and then they began the windows and doors (sliding & french) inside and out -- dozens of windows each with storm window inserts. They worked all day and completed the cleaning within 1/2 an hour of their expected completion time. My family was stunned at how clear all of the glass surfaces were - no streaks or missed areas. I was very surprised and pleased that Karl finished in one day. I highly recommend Third Generation Window and Gutter Cleaning. It was a pleasure to do business with Karl.

Karl called with a reasonable estimate and his foreman did the job immediately. They left the invoice in the mailbox. They did a great job! I would use them again!
