Requested a quote on Angie's List, and received one a few days later. Accepted the price and a few days later they just informed me of a day they would show up and do the work. I generally like to be involved in the scheduling time as I like to be there when the work is being done. However, from what I saw work looked like it was done. Will find out next time it rains.

Very responsive to my first outreach and for setting up the inspection/quote. Very responsive in setting up a date for the service. Window cleaner, TJ, showed up on time after giving me a 20 minute heads up via text. He was super nice and did the work without a fuss and without getting in our way. Windows were cleaned very well and it was well worth the price. I would use this vendor again and I highly recommend them.

I have a small ranch set in a grove of oak trees. The gutters need to be cleaned twice a year. I found 3rd Generation through Angie's List. It was easy to to communicate with the office with Angie's messages, and although I had to wait my turn for an appointment, the job was done promptly and well. Their team let me know when they arrived and completed the job quickly while leaving no debris behind. I'm very pleased! Thank you.

I called them and they were professional and completed the job. My schedule is challenging so the estimated the job and emailed me. I agreed to the work and them completed it. Never had to be home and noticed all the work was excellent. I recommeded them to my neighbors and friends.

The young man who did the work, T.J., was the quintessential professional. He was an excellent worker with high quality results. The job was a much more demanding one than we anticipated and was priced fairly. We are extremely pleased with Third Generation and would definitely hire them again.

We can't say enough about Karl and the team at Third Generation! We have used them several times. We first called them when another company let us down. Third Generation responded quickly, came on time and prepared, did the work to our satisfaction - neat and professional. And on a separate occasion, when we forgot to mention some new sky lights on the roof,came by later that day with the equipment to take care of the unexpected work! The price has always been very reasonable and we won't hesitate to call on them again!

Karl and his crew did an amazing job on this antique home with windows that had not been touched in years. They showed up right on time, got right to work, worked efficiently, but very carefully with the fragile old glass. We had called multiple companies prior to finding Karl, and none of them were as professional or cost effective. We own a Real Estate Brokerage, and are now using him for other clients, as well.
