Third Generation arrived on time and completed cleaning of 35 windows in our home quietly, efficiently, and respectfully in less than four hours. TJ dis the work, and it was spectacular! In a time when too many vendors "fake it", Third Generation is the real deal. I have retained Third Generation also for gutter cleaning when all the leaves are on the ground.

Karl and his associate were terrific. They were careful, thorough and totally professional. My house was kept clean and absolutely nothing was broken! Third Generation window cleaning far surpassed my wildest expectations. From initial contact the service was amazing. The owner arrived with his amazing self-trained team and transformed my home in one day by simply cleaning the windows. The only complaint that I have is that I wish I had cleaned the windows before I put my house on the market. It sold in the first week, and I am convinced that the Crystal Clean windows helped properly light and display my home to let the best light come in. Also, I had triple pained windows which require an immense amount more work than standard windows. Third Generation windows underestimated work, but stood by quote. A+

Excellent! I was so impressed that Karl got in touch with me on the weekend and said he could come out today to do the work. I was surprised, given that it is pouring rain! He and his colleague came out, completed the work professionally. They were very personable, did quality work and will send me a reminder next year. I had contacted another business over the last year and they kept delaying when they would come, and ultimately never did come. This business deserves all the high ratings they receive.

I messaged them thru Angie's list. Quick response. They were out THE NEXT DAY. I wanted to be there when they did the work. They pointed out that it was probably the last day they would be doing gutters this season because of the impending snow event. (I vastly underestimated this snow event...thought it would all melt by the next day, and it would be business as usual.) Came home to clean gutters, no mess. I'm glad they persuaded me to just get it done. These folks rock.

I called Third Generation after a negative experience getting an estimate for cleaning the gutters from another company. This other company had cleaned the gutters on our house last year. When I called in early December to schedule a cleaning they quoted me a price that included a $50 "winter" mark-up because it was so late in the season. I thought this was outrageous in this case; it's been an unusually warm November and December thus far, with temperatures this afternoon close to 60 degrees. We haven't seen a flake of snow... I called Third Generation Windows and Gutters after reading the very positive reviews on Angieslist. I especially liked that this is a family business with a long reputation for good work. Karl answered the phone when I called on Thursday and said he could come by the next afternoon. He showed up with his helper on time, appeared to be an honest, sincere person and I felt very comfortable passing the work on to him. They started work right away and finished in less than an hour. We have a very small ranch house so he charged less than his normal minimum rate. I have no way of knowing, but I trust that they did a good job. They cleaned up after they worked, and true to his word, they left the grounds cleaner than when they arrived. Ii would not hesitate to hire this company again, and would recommend them to anyone that asked about them.

I know there is alot to say on timing, however, after receiving a few local quotes that I felt were high and from contractors I was unsure about, I searched Angie's list for a few more providers. I called, they came out a few hours later to quote and frankly, started the job 20 minutes later. I trusted what they said, felt comfortable with their attitude and knowledge so we hired on the spot. They completed the work quickly, cleaned up the mess and were on their way. They honored their new customer coupon from Angie's list without me even asking. Overall a great value and incredible service. We will be hiring them on a maintenance plan so I don;t have to go through the program again this spring.

Service went very well. The guys really knew what they were doing. Cleaned out lots of leaves and gunk, removed it, tidied up the work area and went to their next job. Delighted with the quality and timeliness of the service.

We can't believe how smoothly it went. Karl and Paul came when they said they were going to come. One thing that mattered more than you might expect was their consistent upbeat pleasant attitude. They were friendly and responsive during the whole time. They did a terrific job on the windows, taking down screens to do the job and also taking out and cleaning those plastic grid things (that divide up your window into 6 panels). They took their time and made sure each window was done professionally and well. They were here for 4 hours, and charged EXACTLY what they had estimated. (They had come out and seen the house to give us an estimate). We authorized the gutter cleaning when they got here; that was no problem. The windows were sparkling when they left and we are so thrilled to have crystal-clear windows (especially for Thanksgiving). We would definitely use them again, and we recommend them highly.

I called late in the season and spoke to the owner. He was very helpful and responsive. He came to my house to give an estimate when he stated. The work was done while I was not home. However neighbors said they were impressed as he was efficient and thorough. When I got home I noticed how all leaves and debris were gone from the yard as well as the gutters. I was billed after the work was done and he enclosed a contract for the following year as well, which I took him up on.

Prompt and responsive; great service. They cleaned the gutters on my two-story house. They drove by my house to do a quote, did the service for the quoted amount, and did it well!

Karl was very responsive, gave a quote the same day. Was easy to schedule with. Two people came to clean, they worked hard and fast. We were very happy with the results.

They cleaned out the gutter while i wasn't home. They did a very good job and the cost was as much as the estimate given.

They did an excellent job. Lots of windows with lots of panes over three floors, not including the basement, and they did each one meticulously. They were the most expensive (by about $100) of all the quotes we received, but because they were able to get us in within a week and came out to look at the job prior to submitting a quote, we decided to go with them.

I sent a note on Saturday, they immediately responded and came out on Sunday to give me a quote. I needed the windows done within a week and they completed all in one day on Monday. They were immaculate, no mess - it was a very remarkable job. I would recommend them without hesitation.

All went well. Was unable to complete job on first visit, but returned a couple of days later and wrapped things up. One thing about gutter cleaning is"how do you know if someone cleaned the gutters well without climbing up a ladder yourself?" But based on the company's reputation and Angies recommendation, I'm sure a perfect job was done. It might be a thought for providers in this industry to take pictures or videos to show customers how thoroughly the gutters were cleaned.

Used them twice so far to clean the gutters, they got back to me very quickly. They weren't quite as punctual with regards to keeping their appointment, but that was less important to me. Two guys and a ladder showed up. They were polite, courteous and efficient. They cleaned the gutters and even blew off additional leaves from the roof. I will hire them again and would recommend them.
