Their bid was timely (unlike other plumbers), their price was good and they showed up when they said they would. When we encountered a problem, they worked with me to come up with a solution that would meet code and satisfy me from an aesthetic standpoint. They even corrected some shoddy work from the original developer's plumber!

The job went great... they reviewed what was required to fix each issue, gave some suggestiosn of how they could approach the fix depending on cost and time. They were very communicative about how they planned to handle the repairs and the relative cost for parts and such, and finished the job the same day. I have a bathroom faucet that I need replacing, and will be having them return to do that work soon as well. Excellent father/son team. Very professional.

The job went very well! My expensive Kohler kitchen faucet has needed replacing every 3 to 4 years, or so I thought. John and his son took a look and determined that the O-rings and cam assembly needed replacing, and they ordered the parts and returned to fix it two days later. My previous plumber seemed to not know that replacing the internal assembly was possible, costing me much much more $ in terms of equipment and labor! John also replaced the outdoor spigot and Y assembly -- no more leaks! It was a pleasure to work with a professional and knowledgable plumbing team.

We contacted Sostilio plumbing for a heating system issue. My father spoke with John, he was very professional and helpful on the phone. He said he'd show up the next day for a heat call, then never showed and never returned our calls.

John and his son Mike were fantastic. Professional, incredibly responsive to my first phone call and throughout as we scheduled the work. When they got to my home and went to install the vanity in my master bath they opened the box and immediately showed me that it was destroyed - apparently looking like it had been dropped from a forklift. I had to arrange a replacement with Home Depot, and they offered to pick up the new vanity at the store. And, before they left they opened the additional boxes with the granite countertop and glass medicine cabinet to make sure there were no other damages. They worked efficiently and cleaned up and just made it a great experience all around. And the pricing was very reasonable based on other quotes I'd received.

I was so impressed with their responsiveness to my "emergency" repair, I booked the other work with them on the spot. John gave me a very fair price estimate, and despite having to go out for parts more than once (old houses, non-standard plumbing) he stuck to his original figure. I could not be more satisfied & impressed with their professionalism and quality work.

Sostilio & Sons did a terrific job. They visited to see the scope of the work, discussed it thoroughly and returned a couple of days later to do the project. We ran into a few snags due to some weird wall structure and accessibility to plumbing issues. John and Mike worked with me and explained my options for working around the obstacle. Good communicators, fair pricing, and nice guys too!

Fantastic job! My (one year old) problem is now solved. Mike and son were there on time, understood the problem immediately and did the 2 modifications needed to fix my permanent pumping problem. They are very professional and super nice people on top of it. I have found my plumber for any of my future needs. I highly recommend them!

Within an hour after leaving a message, I heard back from Mike to schedule to their visit. John and Mike make a great team. Courteous, clean, efficient and thorough. More importantly, they demonstrated integrity and expertise in their trade. I'd recommend John and Mike to anyone - in a heartbeat!

They were on time. I wanted AOSmith and they got what they told me they would get. Very professional, tenacious and patient. They double checked everything and worked on it until it was right.

I contacted several plumbing companies, and Mike was the only one who PROMPTLY responded to my request. John and Mike came out to my house in a few days to access the work and came back again a few days later to do the work. I was very pleased as they were very professional and polite. A minor repair was needed, so I contacted Mike again, and they came out to my house within ONE hour. What an excellent professional service! I definitely plan to call on them for any future plumbing works.

They came and inspected the bathroom, checked for leaks for all of the plumbing fixtures. Made sure all plumbing fixtures were operation properly. They were very honest about how the work was done. They billed me very honestly for the inspection and didn't try to milk any additional costs. I was very impressed with their thoroughness.

This repair was not an emergency, but we didn't want it to turn into one, so timely response was important. I located Sostilio & Sons by searching for providers on Angie's List and was happy to find someone nearby. I left a message on Monday and it was returned at the end of the day and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Once they were on the way (within the appointment window) they called to let me know. John & Mike were very professional, organized and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them for any and all future work and highly recommend them.

John and his son, Mike came out to the house the same day I called to assess the work and provide an estimate. They were very professional and friendly, and John explained the scope of work involved. They also alerted me that the hot water tank I had ordered was too tall for the space, and advised that they could provide one directly from the supplier and have it for the next day. They were able to come the next morning to complete the installation. Within about 2.5 hours, the water heater and dryer were installed, and the hit water connection to the washing machine was done as well. John also installed a CO alarm in the basement for safety. They removed the old water heater, and took care to clean up the area in which they had worked.

I cannot rave enough about the professional service provided by Sostilio & Sons! From their courtesy estimate to their professional installation/, they were always early and a pleasure to deal with. The installation went very well and they used quality materials and the water tank was a good brand. They exceeded my expectation in every way. I plan to call on them for my future plumbing needs. I felt very at easy with Mike and appreciated how he explained everything to me in terms I can understand.

They were great. The work was done quickly and they went beyond what I expected. They put in new pipe, straightening out the work done (poorly) by the previous contractor. They also added several extra valves at no extra cost because they felt it would make the winterization process simpler. Thank you!!

A+ in every aspect. When I called for quote, John (owner) answered. He was straightforward and was able to give me a ballpark over the phone. After dealing with other plumbing companies that have a more corporate feel (with minimum charges, multiple crews etc.), it was a breath of fresh air to work with John. Him and his son Mike showed up in the early part of the 2 hour window they had given me. Because there was spray foam in the elbow of the baseboard pipe, I thought there was a leak that had been fixed improperly by the previous owner, but John and Mike were able to determine that there was no leak and that the foam was probably there to reduce noise or because the pipe was located in the corner against an exterior wall. Rodenhiser had previously come to the house and quoted me over $800 to fix it. Sostilio & Sons didn't charge me at all to determine that the pipe was fine. They also replaced a faucet for about half what Rodehniser was going to charge. Guess I found my new plumber! Thanks guys!

Excellent. Before opening the wall, the guys put a camera through the on/off handle to see what was going on. They were able to see where the moisture was and recommended a noninvasive fix. They are always on time, very knowledgeable, and really nice guys. Please give them a try!
