Awesome. The father and son team were 10 minutes early, very personable, and fast. The job's quality is A+ work and the repair site was left clean. Will hire again if other work is needed.

It went very well. John and his son are very professional. They called during evening hours to schedule installation. They arrived on-time. There were clean and neat. They even installed a CO detector even though I had one already in the basement. They also replaced a piece of the chimney because it was angled wrong causing it to rust/rot. This was not part of the service contracted via Lowes and they did the work for free because he was "bothered" by it. I offered to pay for the additional materials, but was refused, he said "Its just some chimney pipe, no big deal!" Would absolutely use them again!

I left a message with John explaining what I wanted done (new hot water heater) and that it wasn't an emergency. He called me back within a couple hours which was after his usual work hours and I appreciated his quick response. He had availability to come by for a free estimate that week and that took only a few minutes. He looked at the space, gave me a few options and let me decide which was better for my home (heat pump vs regular hot water heater). I decided to go with a new 50 gallon hot water heater because I personally wouldn't see the return on a heat pump hot water heater for many years. John came back the following week and installed the hot water heater with his son and even showed up a little early which was great! They did great work and were in and out in about an hour. John and his son were professional, prompt and answered all my questions. He gave me a great price and I was happy with the entire process. I will be using him again with any future plumbing needs.

I called and left a message and within 15 minutes I received a call back stating that they would be by my house the same day. They kept that promise, came gave me an estimate and fit me right into his schedule for the next day. All in all it was about 24 hours from first phone call to completion of the job. The job was neatly done. The hole in the wall that needed to be cut to get to get to the plumbing was put back nicely and the new shower valve looks great. The bathroom was just as clean after they left as before. they didn't leave any kind of mess. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that asks and I will be utilizing their services again.

Our finicky toilet had been running for some time--enough so that we got a nasty letter from the town about all the water we were using. My husband, usually very handy, tried twice to fix it but to no avail. When we contacted Sostilio Plumbing and Heating they came out, diagnosed the problem, procured the very specific parts needed, and installed them. We've had no problem since.

My first experience with Sostillo was to install a washing machine a year or 2 ago. I have had horrible experiences with plumbers and was so impressed on this little job I started asking them to come back for a variety of other projects. I really can't speak highly enough of the quality of their work, how they think through the best way to move ahead with a job, attention to detail, and clean up behind them so you wouldn't know they had been there. Only heads up, sometimes it takes them a little time to get back to you, but they will. It's worth it.
