Called in the morning due to overflow back up in basement. They were courteous and we set up a time for them to come out the same day. Arrived within the window of time they said. Gentleman that arrive was pleasant and began work promptly. Snaked our main drain to the septic from the clean out in the basement. Drain flows well again. Provide 90 day guarantee in case anything was missed. They did a professional job and were right at what I anticipated to spend.

My bathroom sink and tub drains had been slow for quite some time and were gradually getting slower. Nothing was backing up, but it was still annoying. Chemicals and enzymes hadn't worked for me. I called Rooter-Man in Framingham, described the situation to the operator who answered, and said I thought it might be tree roots in the main line. The operator did give me a price quote for clearing roots out of the main line when I asked her for it. I made an appointment at a time and day that worked best for me. Carlos arrived on time, examined all my drains, and explained why he thought roots probably weren't the problem. He pointed out that the toilet and kitchen drain were fine; it was just the two bathroom drains that were slow. He snaked out the tub drain and the sink drain in the bathroom, and now they're draining quickly. He was friendly and professional. He insisted on cleaning up completely when he was done, even though I told him not to bother as I'd do it later. His entire visit took 30-45 minutes. I took advantage of a $20 coupon that was on the Rooter-Man web site. I was glad tree roots weren't the problem, since that would have cost about $100 more. Overall, I was very pleased.

Phone operator responded and said that someone would come before 2. Came promptly. Unclogged kitchen drain and gave me tips on how to avoid getting clogs in the future by disposing food with a lot of water accumulated in the sink, this allows softening of the food and gives it water to wash down properly. Also told me to periodically put some Dawn in and let the disposal run with water to clean sides of pipes. The service person was polite and told me I have a 90 day guarantee. On the flip side I told him the experience I had 2 hours earlier when I called ROTO ROOTER, the operator told me yesterday that they could not tell me how much it would run the service person would tell me. He came, a day earlier inspected the 2 drains, kitchen and shower and said that it would be $450.00 and the 2nd would be $80.00 less. I could not believe my ears, I knew plumbing to be expensive but this seemed way excessive. I said I would have to think about it. A cautionary tale. I did not go to Angie's list to find ROTO ROOTER, but I did for the review above.

We contacted Rooter Man after checking Angie's List. They were very responsive and came to the house within a few hours of being called. Having a clogged sewer line is a horrible experience, so you can imagine how stressed out we were. The contractor was pleasant and professional. He listened as we explained what had happened. He spent 3 hours working on clearing the sewer line. In the end, he said that it was a problem with the main town line and to have the town sewer department come back and clean the town line. He explained he exactly what to tell the sewer department. He said to call his office back the next day to let them know how everything went. If that didn't work, he said they would come back and try a longer snake, but he was confident that the problem would be fixed by having the town come out. We called the town the next morning, they came out to clean the line- this solved our problem completely and we were back to normal! Although our problem was on the town's side of the sewer line, we were so grateful for Rooter Man's help. The town had already come out to our house and said the town line was fine. Rooter Man's price was reasonable, service was fast and the contractor was experienced and professional. Would definitely recommend them.

I paid the company directly because it was an emergency. I needed to have the work done faster and didn't know that my card was already charged for the deal. They are a good company. I would use them for my future needs.

The man from Rooter Man Framingham arrived promptly when promised. I thought I had a problem with my dishwasher drain, but he managed to easily solve it. He wasn't even going to charge me, but I had already paid through a special deal with Angie's, so, he asked if there was any other area that needed to be looked at. I had him snake a drain in the bathroom shower, which is prone to hair collection. He advised on a preventative measure of cutting screen to fit and showed me how to pop the floor drain to install it - to prevent hair from entering drain. I appreciate so much his professionalism and seeing things from the customer's point of view! I would definitely hire him again!

Plumber was on site about an hour after my call to schedule the service. This was great! Here for about 30 minutes. I had previously tried to clear the drain myself, but couldn't get it clear, and I knew it was something difficult. Carlos was great, and took good care not to damage anything in the bathroom. Would recommend Rooter-Man for anyone in the area.

I watched in horror as one drain after another began to back up. I was doing a load of wash and went into the bathroom,and watched as an unspeakable mess began spewing out of the toilet. I quickly ran to shut off the washing machine and thankfully the toilet stopped overflowing. I looked on Angie's list and Rooter Man was one of the first on the list. The reviews were all positive, and they were located in Framingham where we live. I called and the woman who answered the phone was polite and sympathetic when I described the problem. She said someone would be here within an hour. As I waited for him to arrive I walked through the rest of the rooms and discovered that the toilet in the back of the house had also overflowed, and there was a mess in both the tub and the shower. I was horrified, and very relieved when the truck arrived in my driveway. The man who got out was friendly and professional, and assured me that he could take care of the problem right away. I was relieved to hear that, since my fear was that the floors and yard would have to be ripped open to access the pipe. He snaked the main line out if the house- it took roughly 20 minutes. He checked to make sure both toilets flushed correctly and was on his way. I hope to never have this problem again, but if I do I won't hesitate to call a Rooter Man. Now I just have a big nasty mess to clean up! But everything works properly, and the washing machine will be put to good use with all the rags and bathroom rugs...

They did a great job. The price was great. They service was great. They came out quickly. They were fast. The price was very competitive with anyone else. I called them in the middle of the night and they responded to me about a couple of hours later. I've fallen asleep, so I called them back in the morning and they had somebody over within a few hours. He was competent. I was happy with it overall.

They were nice and courteous, but they didn't service my area. I had to go with someone else.

Everything was great. Office staff was professional as was the tech, who was onsite within 2 hours of the call being placed. The tech was knowledgeable, communicative, tidy, and got to work right away. He cleared the clog that I'd been unable to clear using my "consumer" quality snake from Home Depot. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for drain clearing services.

This company was fantastic. I place a call at 2:15 requesting some service to be done. The woman who answered the phone told me she could have someone at my house between 3 and 5 the same day. I explained my problem and she went over the pricing with me. She informed me that if if was a main line there was one cost, but if it were a smaller line it would be a second cost. I knew I needed my sink line and washing machine line cleared. There were some concerns that it was the main line, but the second the plumber looked at it, he knew the main line was not involved. The kitchen line was clogged with grout. Ironically, I have just had my bathroom redone and the contractor stated that there was no way it was one of his workers who cleaned his tools in the sink, but I still find it odd that it was grout blocking the line. The gentleman who was here was certain that it was a result of the work that had been done, and when he wrote up the receipt, without even asking, he included that the line had been clogged with grout. I did not get the plumbers name, but he was exceptionally professional. He worked quickly. I would say it took him a total of 30 minutes to clean both lines, explain some work that I need to have done on my washing machine drain due to age, and cleaned up the grout and other items that were left in the drain. I will definitely use RotoMan again if I need to have my drains cleared.

He was very late due to having had problems at a previous stop. However, once he arrived he performed the work immediately and to my satisfaction.

Perhaps because of the reputation of other companies specializing only in drains (or one of them in particular) I skipped over Rooter Man and went with a highly rated plumber on Angies list when my main sewer backed up. In my desperation on a Sunday morning I essentially got scammed. They charged me 3x the going rate then offered me nothing when the issue returned HOURS later. I was burnt so bad I tried every other way to clear my main sewer myself because I feared going deeply in debt just to be able to flush a toilet. Today I could try nothing more as my line was completely backed and called Rooter Man, The young lady that answered the phone was completely understanding and courteous. I was still skeptical but I had no where else to turn and their 90 day guarantee that the line stays clear pushed me to give them a try. I asked for their most experienced person (I'm sure they all are) and due to my situation they agreed and the owner Paul came out. He did everything the other company didn't (I won't go into the details of the other company) but the main thing is he found the cause of the issue fast and because it was actually something the city caused, he called them for me and stayed until they agreed they caused it and would fix it by digging up the road. I would call Rooter Man in a second and the relief I now have that this won't keep happening is immense. A huge thank you to them and I will be recommending them every chance I get.

They snaked our main sewer line to remove roots. Rooter Man took care of the plugged line within hours from my phone call. Since this is a recurring problem, we have to call Rooter Man about once a year. They are considerably cheaper than their competitors, while the quality of work is at least as good.

Washed drain pipe was blocked (and ignored by previous owners for years). Rooterman technician came on time. It was supposed to be a quick job but the drain pipe was awkwardly placed and constructed (old house). It took over an hour to finally clean the drain. I specifically liked the Rooterman's flat rate as there are no unknowns.

I had a toilet repaired. Rooter man was very responsive, came out the same day I called and repaired the toilet quickly. He also explained what went wrong and how to prevent it from happening again.

They came, brought in their heavy equipment to snake the tub, cleared the clog, and left. I had already taken out the overfill and drain cover and they put it back. Very professional, got right to work.

It took quite a while (2+ hours) to unclog the drain. The technician seemed a little inexperienced, so that may have contributed to it. He eventually got it unclogged, but had to cut and then reseal the pipe under my sink. Overall, he got the job done and was satisfied, just took a little longer than I would have liked.

The person who came was very professional and capable. He also gave me some tips about running the garbage disposal so that this doesn't happen again anytime soon.
