Description of Work: We have had a problem with our upstairs bath drain for years. The Rooter company ( I forget the individual's name who did the work) was outstanding! We ran into several problems but he stayed until the problem was resolved. I definitely will call again if needed.

Description of Work: They confirmed that my sewage blockage was outside the house and they eliminated the roots causing the problem. Patrick was very personable, prompt and efficient in addressing this problem. It is very stressing to have your sewage line blocked. He kept me informed during the service and worked quickly to identify the best means of restoring normal use of this utility at a reasonable price. Thank you Rooterman and Patrick.

Description of Work: My house is approximately 1/4 mile (1300 +/- feet) from the road and was experiencing a drain line clog. I knew I had a clog because a clean-out 1/2 way between the house and street had its cover blown off and a small amount of gray water around it. Fortunately for me the house is up-hill form this, so whatever water didn't make it down the drain backed up and out through the clean out, not into the house. But this was not a good situation. After reading some reviews here on AL I called Rooter-Man who sent someone out about 3 hours later the same day. They assessed the situation and with great confidence told me that they could jet-clean the clog out, but that the jet cleaning machine was put away for the winter, but maybe they could take it back out. Call them back in the AM. In the morning I called, they were familiar with who I was, and told me that with the weather expected to be warmer they would take the machine back out. They showed up on-time, jetted the line, cleaned up and were on there way. My only disappointment was that they were not able to video-scope the line at the same time to try and determine if this was a random 1 time backup, or a possible pipe break or root problem (my down-hill neighbor had some excavation equipment working on there property a few weeks earlier and it was possible they damaged or crushed the line). But things have been running clean since and I am happy. In my eyes, they showed up on time, did the job in a timely manner, didn't make any mess, charged a fair price, I give them an A. ##
