The service was great. Kevin was super helpful and on time. Odean was knowledgeable, prompt, and went above and beyond to address our issues! My only problem was with the customer service. I called 3 or 4 times over the course of about 5 hours to confirm the appointment (because I made it online). Each time I was told they would get in touch with scheduling and call me back to confirm and never did.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early. Final project turned out great!

My husband called last night around 8:00PM and we had an appointment at 11:00AM this morning which then moved to 9:00AM. Nice surprise as we are in a massive heat wave and my expectations were pretty low for a quick appointment. Kevin was my technician. He diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes, had the part (capacitor) in his truck and was gone in less than an hour after making sure my unit worked and was cooling my home. He also checked the Freon, which I did not need. Polite, clean, efficient. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you Kevin and Ideal Air!

We were having a streak of hot, muggy weather. My ac decided to stop sending cool air to the zone that included bedrooms and bathrooms. I called a couple of places myself and got nowhere. I went to Home Advisor and they set me up with Ideal Air. Ideal called ahead. Arrived on time. Fixed my problem. They were friendly and extremely competent Work quality was excellent. My overall experience with the service was very positive. It took me a little longer than I thought to get the appointment but once I had the appointment technician was on time and finished the work as promised. I would highly recommend these guys.
