This the 3rd project I pave used Ideal Air for, never been disappointed with Odean Lea the Ideal Air manager & his associate David Owens work, David spent an inordinate a out of time attempting to repair what was a difficult to diagnose potentially dangerous oil furnace problem. A trustworthy organization for AC & heating services.

I needed the furnace/boiler to be cleaned. It is done yearly. It was done and the next day it leaked oil. They came back and fixed it. Then it started leaking water. They had to replace the pressure release valve. They said it was not related. I never believed it. The total cost was $448! I ended up having someone come and look at the burner because the noise that I heard was still there, a banging noise. It was not cleaned properly. There was a clog in the line from the tank to the burner that had to be fixed. I will never call them again and let others know this. UGH.

Quick response and arrived as scheduled in a snow day. Problems solved.

Great job cleaning our dryers vent hose - about a 20ft run. David, from Ideal Air, was knowledgeable and courteous. I have used Ideal Air before for setting up our heating and AC with Ecobee thermostats which required some tricky wiring. Odean did a great job with that as well.

Called this company because our a/c stopped working on a Saturday and this company was open on a Sunday. Had to pay extra because it was â after hoursâ , but well worth it. Odean was our service rep and was absolutely wonderful! He had to go up to our attic which must have been 100 degrees and never complained. He fixed the problem. I will definitely call Ideal Air again.

Great follow-up in scheduling, communicating, and doing the work. Even on a Sunday morning on the hottest day of 2019!
