Thank you Odean for diagnosing and initially offering NO CHARGE for the visit, and then helped to run the furnace by a temporary fix and scheduling with Kevin. Kevin did an excellent job next day cleaning the whole system and replacing filters and nozzle parts. Happy to hire them again.

Fast response, fixed the problem

Three other Needham based companies told me I needed to replace my entire air conditioning system. Their quotes were between $15K and $25K. Ideal HVAC checked the system and replaced the faulty parts for <$1K. They were professional and prompt and were looking to solve my problem and not trying to up sell me or just sell me their easiest solution of replacing everything. Great tech (Kevin) and a solid company. In the future, I will call them first for my HVAC needs. I could not be more satisfied and I found them through Home Advisors, not though a reference. I have no connection to either company "Ideal "or "Home Advisor". Both companies delivered as advertised.
