They were awesome. They were very responsive to come out and gave us an estimate. They let us know when they were coming. The work was meticulous and clean. The work they did looks really good.

2 paver walkways and a patio. Driveway. Overall, it went well. They were on time and the job was done as expected. I'm happy with the quality, the cost and the overall value. They were a bit slow coming back to finish something that wasn't their fault. It caused them to come back and do extra work and even though it was a little extra work, they did not charge us more. They were fair and I would consider using them again in the future.

Got immediate estimate, scheduling was a little difficult, but work excellent.

Responded very quickly to give me a quote. Told me two weeks, and they wound up coming in 8 days. That was nice. When digging up the driveway, they found clay underneath. It had to be dug out and replaced by gravel. That added about $600 to the cost of the job. I was not happy with that expense, but I am glad that they notified me of the problem. I believe the last time the driveway was done before I owned the house, the issue was ignored. Which the reason my driveway was such a rutty mess. Driveway specialists were very professional and upfront. I would use them again, and recommend them highly.

We have a one-car wide driveway, we need to expand to install a two-car wide driveway, and need to rebuild the stone retaining wall on one side. Jame and Waynn Fylnn, the wonders of the driveway spacialists came to gave us an free estimate which we think it is reasonable. They also offered us to fix the retaining wall on aother side, and put the limestones on the steps. They took care of everything including the permits. When the town requires to notify the neihbors. They helped to go to the neihbors to get the signatures. We have two trees which need either to be transplanted or removed. They transplaned one of the trees, and removed the other one. They did a lot of extra work to make sure we are satisfied. We would reccmend for their services.

It went very well. I was very concerned about the property line and James measured and and remeasued at each step to make sure we were OK. This is a family run business that is a professional, responsive and well oiled machine. I was impressed with how well they worked as a team and how clean they kept the job site. I would hire them again in a minute for asphalt or masonry.

They called before coming to the house. I have quite a large driveway and they completed the project in one day.

They did an exceptional job. They were very professional. They also ended up doing our neighbor and our church. They were very flexible.

They were very good. They had a little trouble with the sub-contractor and it took a little longer than expected. They did eventually put in the walk and then there was a problem and they did come back to fix it. They did a nice job and they were more than reasonably priced. We are going to be doing some more work this summer and will have them come out to give us a quote.

After six months a large and deep hole developed. The contract specifies a lifetime warranty but they would not come back to fix even it after several phone calls and emails. Additionally while they were working on the project they used and broke my new garden hose and attachment. Which they never reimbursed me for.

The Driveway Specialists did a fantastic job. They got out here to take a look at it real quick. They called me the same day I emailed them. They came out and gave me a quote right on the spot and then when I called them back and then they put me on the schedule for 2 weeks later. They called 2 days later and said a job canceled and could fit us in. They did great. They cleaned up after themselves. Their price was in range. If I do pave again, I would use them.

The house across the street from my Mom was having their driveway done by The Driveway Specialists (TDS) Norwood MA. They offered to do my Mom's for $2600 if I signed up while they're there. I, of course, was very skeptical that it was "drive by paving". I subsequently talked to one of the business owners who was also working. I also talked to the daughter of the woman who owns the house. She checked out these guys on Angie's list (one positive review) and BBB (one issue that was resolved to customer's satisfaction) as well as references from 7-8 houses they've done in the neighborhood. They take out the current asphalt from driveway, grade, put down layer of reprocessed gravel (5-8" as needed) then 3" of asphalt. Would keep the dimensions the same, that is, not expand at all. We agreed to have it done. Due to weather, they didn't start until they were able to do so. In the mean time they signed up 3 more neighbors.They were responsive. You don't pay until the work is done. Very professional in all aspects. Answered all questions graciuosly and ensured I was satisfied with the answers. Did the little extra things like shaping the bottom of the driveway, crisp edges along grass, rolling the top of the driveway to match the garage floor height, cleaned up, 3" of high grade asphalt instead of 1.5" of low grade/1.5" high grade. They ended up doing my mom's driveway and 3 of the next door houses as well as the original house. It was a win-win-win-win-win-win. 5 houses got new driveways and TDS was productive and efficient being able to do the 4 extra driveways at the same time. This allowed them to offer the lower prices to us. Their quote was 20% lower than the lowest quote I had received last year when I first started looking to have this done.The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding. The toughest part of the whole deal was understanding their Irish brogue... :-)

The Driveway Specialists arrived on time and performed all work as stated in the proposal, James and Wayne are not only the owners but also do a large share of the work themselves. They provided a very competitive quote right from the beginning. All questions were answered in a timely manner and all calls and emails regarding schedules and quotes were promptly returned. The Driveway Specialist's workmanship and quality were highly satisfactory and I certainly would recommend them for any and all driveway paving projects.
