Description of Work: power-wash and Stain the medium size deck |replace top rotten rails |fix broken steps |pour concrete to support weak base |add more lumber support for weak areas | |it went fairly well - the actual price was slightly more than the quoted estimate (the deck soaked more stain plus more support was needed) but he presented all actual bills for my review. |already using him for couple more projects.
