Excellent job matching pattern across the staircase, installed on target date, cleaned up work area after.

We shopped the local Home Centers for carpet but weren't satisfied with the quality of their products. So we drove over to Creative Carpet and found an excellent selection of carpets that far exceeded what the Home Centers offered. The salesperson guided us through the showroom and with a few questions was able to narrow down the selection for us to a handful of carpets to choose from. We brought home some free samples and within a few days were able to make our decision. The order was placed and the carpet installed in a timely and professional manner. They even made a recommendation for a handy man that could cut down our doors! We're very happy with our carpet purchase, and while they are more expensive than the Home Center, the quality is incomparable. We bought a white colored carpet because we wanted a clean and crisp look. We were concerned that the carpet wouldn't age well, but 2 years later the carpet looks brand new! The padding has held its shape well and the carpet shows no signs of wear in the high traffic areas. Worth every penny!

We went to Creative Carpet based on previous reviews and years in business. When we went to the showroom Joe Ventis was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He showed us and explained the difference between the various grades of carpet and laminate. We were looking to have the installation within the next 2 weeks and which he was able to accommodate. He came to our home in a day or so to do the measurements and let us take samples home to see how they would look in the lighting. I particularly liked that he has used the same installers for many years - either the carpet or laminate team was 12 years. The installers were prompt, worked hard and did a great job. They also cleaned up after each day. The laminate was installed beautifully and does not creak at all. I've seen many laminate floors where they creak at every step. We couldn't be more happy with the carpet installation, as well. We looked hard to find a seam and never could. We would definitely use Creative Carpet in the future.

Joe was great in the salesroom--we spoke with him on several occasions (and made a couple of sample swaps) before we made our final selection. The installation guys were not super personable, but were pretty efficient. After they left I noticed that there were some transition problems from the carpeted area to the tiled area. Joe sent someone else out to look at it (twice) and ultimately it was discovered that the cement beneath the tile and carpet was breaking up a bit, making it difficult to staple in the ideal areas for the right finish. It would have been great if the first guys could have pointed out the problem then so we could discuss how to handle it, rather than have me have to call and someone from the company come back 3 times (installation guys twice, Joe once more). I would use them again on a straight carpet job, but would think twice if the job involved a transition.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, DID A GREAT JOB, AND LEFT NO MESS. I WILL BEING THEM BACK FOR THE MASTER BEDROOM SOON.
