creative carpet does not provide the stretching carpet service we needed but they were prompt and gave a recommendation for some one else. They were great and we are happy with the results

The entire process--starting with my first visit to the store--was exceptional! Joe is amazing: He took notes about my choices, didn't pressure me to make a decision but kept me aware of timelines, communicated installation times (which were met), and called to follow up after the installation. I had heard great things about Creative Carpet and can confirm that their reputation is well earned. Oh, and the carpet is beautiful. I'd hire them again!

Creative Carpet did a wonderful job installing a new rug runner on two sets of our stairs. Communication was great and service was excellent throughout the process. Joe was extremely helpful in the selection of the right rug and I was able to look at lots of options. When the rug started to wear a bit more than expected, they replaced it with a new rug that we chose. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new rugs!

We purchased our first home, but it was full of old wall to wall carpeting! Our realtor referred us to Andy at Creative Carpet, and we are so lucky we found him! After going to Home Depot thinking it would be cheaper, we got stuck in the run around - no one answered our calls, they werent felxible, they even told us we could install solid hardwood over concrete! not true. At that point, we decided to go check out a local shop. Andy was super knowledgeable, helpful and made sure we got top of the line products. He was very flexible, as we had to reschedule install a few times based on other upgrades we were doing, and he always got it done without a problem. He was also very flexible with payment options, which was great for us as we were working with a few other contractors at the time so we really appreciated the ability to pay at the frequency and amount that works for us. Would definitely use them again and recommend!

We worked with Creative Carpet to to help us install a runner on our stairs -- and we had a great experience. When we bought our house, we refinished the hardwood floors, which were beautiful, and also very slippery on the stairs. We didn't want our daughter and dog to slip, so we went to Creative Carpet. They gave us a great price on the carpet we used, did the project beautifully and efficiently, and they were very responsive to all of our questions along the way. I would absolutely recommend them.

We ordered a custom carpet and it was installed in less than 2-weeks. The installers arrived on time and they did a great job fitting the carpeting on our stairs. They left the job site very clean and vacuumed. We would definitely recommend Creative Carpet.

From walking in to the showroom to intallation of the carpet and floor the experience was top notch. The presentation and suggestion of product was clear and informative. Joe was right there to expalin and help us pick out the right products that fit our needs. Installation was done as scheduled and came out beautifully done. We are 110% satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

First visited Creative Carpet back in February to look at some samples. Joe was helpful from the beginning. They were not like the big chain stores in Natick, where you wait 20 min for someone to see you. Plus, when I wanted to take some sample books home, no big deal. Simple piece of paper and phone number. When it came time to measure, the measure took 5 minutes and they were done. When the I was ready for them, then provided me an early appointment - 7:30am. Great for those who work, as the job completed in time for me to go to work. The work was done professionally, clean, and nice job. Very happy with service. I would use them again.

I replaced all of the rugs in my town house condominium. I worked with Joe Zentis from beginning to end and couldn't be more satisfied. He knew that I planned to move eventually, but not immediately, therefore I would be living with it as well. We chose a middle of the road option. Due to circumstance on my end, I had to postpone the installation for awhile. Joe worked well with me on the rescheduling, and in coordinating with the painter as I also had the condo painted at the same time. He came out again, just before the work was to be done to go over precisely what I needed to do for preparation. He was more realistic about how long it would take me and scheduled accordingly. While most furniture had to be remove from each room, Joe was concerned about an antique four poster bed I have in one bedroom, and had the installers move the bed within the room and work around it. This made the job harder, but safer. Due to medical reasons, I could not be present when the installation was being done. I opened the house when they came and locked up when they left. Part of the time I was at a next door neighbor's house, so I was aware of their work hours. They put in full days. and cleaned up after themselves. They had my phone number and checked with me when they had a question. I am very pleased with the job that was done and the entire experience.

Great service- professional job- on time- does exactly what and when they say they will. Leaves the place looking much better than they found it :) At the last minute helped us to finish two additional rooms... good old fashioned customer service and responsiveness. You deal with the same people so they get to know your needs, etc... so much better than a big impersonal chain. We highly recommend the team at Creative Carpet.

Excellent! We are extremely happy with the way the runner turned out. They spent a lot of time on it and were very detailed with the installation, we couldn't be happier and we have already recommended them and will definitely use them again.

Extremely professional. Joe was very helpful in the selection of the carpet. He listened to my plans to turn a former storage area (finished room that was originally a garage) into a home office with flexibility for other uses. The carpet was ordered and then stored in the warehouse until my other repairs had been completed. They removed the old carpet and installed the new, including covering an access panel to the water main shut-off in the floor. Excellent service all around.

Re-carpeted two rooms and stairs, removed old carpet and padding. They did a great job and beat the price of all the other local shops. They were very helpful and informative when I was selecting carpet. I have used them in the past and will again.
