Great. I've used MJ Eisenhauer before (Mike and Mike Jr.) several times and they have always provided great service at reasonable prices, they get their work done in a timely fashion, and everything they have done for me has been done correctly the first time. Highly recommend, and am happy to use a local independent company versus a chain.

They did a very good job and the final price matched the estimate.

It was super. Mike does great work. He answers any questions you have and is always there on time. His work was exceptionable and he did lots of extra work that he really didn't have to do. He also came up with some beautiful design work in both the kitchen and bath. The price was very fair and we would definitely use again.

Very well. Came quickly, discovered the showerhead itself was defective. We had bought it so wereturned it.

He would not address the leaky valve in the main bath at all. He said he could only replace the whole shower assembly. He replaced a leaky corroded main shut-off with a new lever-type shut-off. This works good, thank you. When it came to the basement shower fixture removal, because he didn't replace the section of main line pipe where it "T"ed over to the shower head. ( As I had requested.) And only capped the pipes at the shower head, I had to call him back the same day to fix a leaking pipe. A repair that made the earlier caps unnecessary. Plus I was charged for another service call. This didn't need to happen as the old soldered connections obviously needed replacing at first glance.

The technician showed up right at the beginning of the 2 hour window, quickly diagnosed the problem and presented me with the options - replace the faulty part to restore full function or clean and reinstall the old part. I chose to replace the part and agreed to the additional cost that had already been given to me when I set up the appointment, so it's what I was expecting. The work was completed very quickly and everything was left tidy.

It was an excellent experience from the start to the finish. Mike returned my call in less than 15 minutes. Diagnosed the problem and quoted a price to repair the problem. He contacted the town to have the water department turn off the water. He kept in contact with me every step of the way. He arrived on time and fixed the problem in a timely manner. He also cleaned up the area after the repair was completed. I was completely satisfied with the entire process. I would definitely use MJ Eisenhauer Plumbing again and I'd recommend Mike to anyone in the area that needs plumbing services!

After purchasing the deal, the company representative informed us that they do not service our town. They directed us to contact Angie's List customer service for a full refund, which we promptly received.

Within an hour of my call, they were at my house and addressed the emergency. Prior to coming out, they gave me an estimate of the work that would likely be required based on my description. The work was consistent with the estimate and was performed in less than an hour. They showed me the work and provided an estimate on additional work that should be done at a later point in time for complete resolution.

Arrived on time to troubleshoot issue and described my options. Came back at agreed time and performed fixes that we agreed previously, on time and at cost that we agreed. All working fine. Second time using them. Will keep using them.

Mike responded back to my phone call in a timely manner and discussed what was expected of the job in detail. He gave me the option of using any brand water heater that was available and he would pick it up. Mike and his coworker showed up on time at 3PM and got to work. When Mike discovered the heater he picked up from Home Depot was dented a little at the top, he informed me and gave me the option of keeping it or returning it for another one. I chose the latter and he went back to HD and got a new one. The installation went smoothly since the physical location was easily accessible. I would not hesitate to call Mike again for further plumbing work.

We called MJ Eisenhower Plumbing at 9 AM, left a message, received a call back promptly at 9:15. All the work was itemized and an estimate was provided. Mike showed up at 12:30 the same day and he was done by 1:45. Mike was very professional, he answered all our questions. He pointed out the use of an upgraded sink basket would be better to have in the long run. He updated some of the piping. Overall, Mike was very professional and efficient. We are very happy with the service and would have no hesitation in calling them again for any additional plumbing needs.

went fine with the kitchen sink, but the part he replaced in the toilet was not the same brand as the toilet itself, so it took to flushing by itself every so often. They responded the very next day after my call. All is great now.

I called and received the answering service. After giving them the details, I got a call back from Mike in about 10mnutes. He explained many of the possibilities and the associated costs if it happened to be any of those scenarios. He was in the area and said he could be by in about 15. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation and explained what he would do first. that first task seemed to the trick. He even remarked about the water heater which may have some issues. He was great to deal with.

From beginning to end, our experience with MJ Eisenhower Plumbing, Inc. was excellent. Mike was responsive in regard to scheduling service and provided a complete over-the-phone estimate. He was punctual on the day of the appointment. During the appointment, Mike took a thorough approach to each task and clearly explained what work he was doing and why. In particular, he was up front with us that we did not technically need to install a shut-off valve on our second exterior faucet. (We opted to do so for our own peace of mind.) The final service charge was precisely in-line with what he had estimated over the phone. (Pricing was clear and consistent.) Bottom line: We are very happy with Mike's work.

I made an appointment, He called to confirm, He Was delayed the day of the job, as the job he was on , had some unexpected issues. Called to re-scheduled for the following day, asked what ever time worked for me. I said, 2;30, He Showed up promptly the next day @ 2;30. The work Went very well. Was very professional, explained what was going to be done. New Hot water tank is great. In addition , Put up a carbon monoxide detector in the basement, (saw our broken one on the counter), no charge. Tagged our power vent outside w a yellow sticker, explaining the if we have another "Bad winter" like this past one, the gas CO will be able to locate the power vent quickly. Cleaned up all trash and cardboard , disposed of old water tank. Also took off $50. from the total bill . because of the delay from the day before. would definitely call him again !!

They were good. They were pretty prompt and got it done. At that time, I bought the unit from Sears and it was the end of last June when it was very hot. It was right around the course of 4th of July and Sears told me that the soonest they could come out would be like July 31st. I found this company and they came out the next day and took care of everything. I know they were not expensive. They responded when other companies could not or would not. I would use them again in the future.

The service went really well. They were kind and on time.
