He was on time but extremely rude and abrupt without reason.

Great. He installed a new one and the problem was solved.

Simple job that took about 30-40 min. No cutting or unforeseen problems. Did do job efficiently very overpriced I did not argue.

left message with secretary he called back gave an estimate to come out that same day. let me know he had 2 customers ahead of me but would get right to looking for a water heater if we were ok with quote. ( was nice enough to tell us we could save some money by getting our own and having it at the house and scheduling appt.) let him know that water heater could let go at anytime so he said he would be there. Called when he was done with other customers and on his way. Not only did he install and take away the old one, but cleaned up the water and the mud in the basement to. very neat organized and never made a mess. Pulled permit for us to and replaced the old piping. Also, very honest, the water heater he found had a 9 year warranty instead of a 6 year and cost less than the one he quoted ; so he came in $200 under his original quote.

Easy to get in touch with, called back immediately and arrived on time. Once Mike started the project he found an additional problem. He thoroughly discussed options & cost with me and explained everything. He fixed all problems & made recommendations for a possible future plan. Very professional. Would highly recommend.

Appointment went very well for general drain cleaning and plumbing needs. This was a rental property for me, so they were very good in working with the tenant and making sure everything was communicated (and charged) to me.

Mike did an excellent job and was very responsive, and he explained how to service the backflow preventer for the winter to keep it from freezing and breaeking

He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it with-in 30 minutes. He also noticed issues with my toilets that he also addressed and fixed. Price was fair and everything is working properly.

Great. Town inspector came afterwards and required the exhaust pipe raised to do change in town requirements. Plumber came right out and made the adjustment.
