When I came across this review I was shocked and sincerely disappointed. I always give accurate pricing to my customers over the phone before performing any job. The homeowner was well aware of the price before scheduling. When the bill was overdue I called him and asked why the bill hadn’t been paid and he said he didn’t like the price. I was surprised because he had agreed to the price more than once. To take his dissatisfaction into consideration and practice good customer service I applied a discount to the bill, we agreed on a price of $505 and he provided payment. This review is especially disappointing because I completed this job almost a year ago and feel I went above and beyond to satisfy the customer. The homeowner chose to supply the pump and unfortunately it had a manufacturer’s defect. I uninstalled the old pump and installed the new pump correctly. It was determined that the propeller in the new pump was broken when I tested it after installation. A second pump was ultimately installed and worked correctly. MJ Eisenhauer Plumping has over 35 years of experience. We respect our customers, value all feedback and work very hard to remain reputable. I take my job seriously and feel I did my best to rectify the situation after the homeowner expressed dissatisfaction with the bill. I am happy to further speak about this matter over the phone if preferred. *According to our business records the work was completed almost a year ago on 11/6/13.
