Description of Work: They replaced a pipe from the outside of my house to the septic tank. They also organized for the excavator to come and dig up the old pipe.

Description of Work: MJ Eisenhauer Plumbing was very professional and courtesy, and did a great job -- my family would definitely recommend him to others! The service rep also provided an estimate in advance, and carefully outlined what had to be done. We don't use plumbers very often, so I'm not an expert on what plumbers bill out at these days, but the cost struck me as a bit high, although quality of service was very good, and matched other Angie's List customers who also reported high quality service. Overall, however, extremely satisfied with all aspects of the service provided.

Description of Work: Needed a gas pipe moved in order to hook up a gas dryer. He came out the next day to do the work and finished it promptly. Cost was more than I expected. The issue was that he did not put a drip leg on the pipe and when the guy came to hook up the dryer, he said it was against the law to install without a drip leg, which then cost me another hundred bucks to have him do so he could get the dryer hooked up. I spoke to a repairman from the gas company and he said it was true, the law was still on the books, but mostly outdated and unnecessary now.

Description of Work: I call MJ Eisenhauer each time we have a plumbing problem. They are dependable, trustworthy and arrive within their estimated window of time.I like that they charge by the job, so you don't have to save up plumbing problems to make the service charge worth it. This past call was to snake a very stubborn tub drain. The serviceman even told me how to fix the silicone seal around the tub, and my daughter did it very successfully per his directions and a youtube. I rated price as not applicable, because I don't know what others charge for this service.
