I called a week ago to sched an appt. The appt. was the week after the hurricane. Power was still out but they managed to get out here on time and fix the problem.

It was excellent - I elected to have them install a copper water line, and the final price for the job was actually about $100 less than what they originally quoted me over the phone. They were on-time, professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and they explained everything I needed to know about the connection and the shut-off. I would definitely use them again.

Everything went smoothly...from the initial phone call to set up the appointment to the actual repair. They were very punctual, courteous, and informative…answered all my questions…and even cleaned up. I would definitely use their services again.

He went through the whole house to find out what the issue was. He was right on time and seemed very knowledgeable and I was very satisfied.

Mike came to take a look at the sewer pipe that was corroding. He didn't replace the entire pipe, only the portion visible to us with an obvious problem. He did warn us that in about 1-2 years time we could expect to replace the rest of the pipe behind the drywall. From start to finish, Mike was professional and knowledgeable. He was done quickly and left no mess behind.

I called Eisenhouer Plumbing for the first time. This was an emergency. The plumber came on time. He covered his boots so that no dirt was tracked on our floor. He explained the issues and options. I decided to go with a new toilet bowl. I gave a "B" for price because I have no idea of what to put in this category. It wasn't cheap, but i did not feel cheated. I will repeat business with this company.

We had a very good experience. He showed up on time, and worked through the jobs in a timely manner. For one of the jobs, there were a couple of potential solutions and he professionally presented us with our options rather than just push the most expensive one. Very pleased with the work and will use them again.

I called in the early afternoon and within an hour they were here and fixed the toilet in time for us to have guests over.

called told it would cost $55 to have man look at the job and I would only get a quote at that time. He came quoted me $500 to replace about four feet of cast iron pipe with pvc pipe. I estimate about 3 hours work..He did not disagree over the hours but would only work by the job. He is about 8 or 9 miles from my house..I asked about the Angies list discount and was told it would be more if I was not a member. I asked after I got my quote. Then he said but I can apoxy the small hole about the size of your finger for $100 dollars and guarentee the work for 30 days.

They were very responsive and came on time when we settled on a time. The plumber was courteous, clear and open to explaining the problem and potential solutions. Would use again in a heart beat!

They responded pretty quickly as one of the situations was an emergency over the weekend. They were able to come out right away and fix the problem. I would use them again.

Great work but expensive. They were very nice and professional. However that is a lot of money to repalce a $35 valve and caulk the tub spout.

I called them, got a quote, and scheduled an appointment. Since the repair was not urgent, I let them schedule it for the next week. They arrived on time, made the repairs successfully, were paid by check and left the work area as clean as they found it. I have no complaints.

We are very happy with their services. They did very good work for us. We got them once for the plumbing work and they had another plumber check the work. They were totally different with their work.

I am pleased with his work. He is very thorough and he does a good job. His prices are a bit high, but I never have any complaints about the work. He always cleans up after himself.

The plumber arrived late and was very rude & brusque. He seemed to be in a big hurry. I should have told him to leave at that point, but foolishly I did not. He screwed up th job and I ended up having to hire another plumber to fix the mess. I was charged $500.00 to change out 2 faucets and change a shower-head. I'm told I got screwed and that price was way to high.

We had three showers that couldn't deliver hot water, one leaking toilet that another plumber made worse when he tinkered with it, and four bathroom sinks with newly installed sink drains that wouldn't hold water! This company came ON TIME every time (three visits all together, I think). The first one was a two hour visit to assess all our issues and offer us various solutions. They didn't hard sell any suggestion, just offered their evaluation of what our choices might be. It took so long because of all my questions. In the end they did everything promptly and perfectly - the shower repair and drain re-install was to correct faulty work by other plumbers. The toilet was old and not a common model (i.e. parts to fix would have been VERY expensive) so it was cheaper to replace it (with a better one, too!) than to repair. We could not be more happy with how we were treated. The price was not cheap, but neither was the quality of the work nor the service provided - everything was first-class. We were not charged separately for the two hour consult so we definitely got our money's worth. All the problems they fixed were created by other plumbers trying to fix the problems before... who actually made things worse. Mike really knew his stuff and couldn't have been nicer, more up-front or more professional.

This might have been the most painless emergency repair we've had done yet. This AM, I woke to find that there was no hot water in the shower, or in any other faucet in the house. We checked out the water heater which was not leaking water or doing anything wrong - it was just silent. We shut off the gas and I called around to try to get a technician out that day. Eisenhauer was the first service I called. They were closed at 7:30 this AM, but they had an answering service that took my information. Their dispatcher called me back by 8:30-she asked the details of the problem and said she would send a tech out at 2:30. He arrived at 2:32. He was quick, professional, and when it turned out we needed a replacement thermal coupler (?) he had one in his van. He kept me abreast of his plan as it was carried out and gave me some tips about providing routine maintenance for our heater in the future. He was out of the house by 2:45.

Excellent. The plumber was knowledgeable and helpful and followed our direction even though it was not exactly his recommendation. We have an older home and he was able to get the install to work. Came on time, answered our calls, reliable.

Internet scheduling worked very effectively from weekend for a Monday appointment. Very responsive in making appointment and appointment kept. Excellent communication throughout. $50 show up fee applied to work done. Replaced plastic toilet ballcock with brass one and replaced flapper. Not sure about need for more expensive part, since rubber parts seem to be what wear out anyway. Took about an hour, as estimated. Fast, easy, prompt, on time and trouble free. Only concern was expense of $245. I have done this repair myself on other toilets for about $15 of parts (plastic ballcock assembly) and not too far over an hour of time. Please note that negative cost impression is WITHOUT competitive information and the charges may be fully competitive. Since there was a $50 sunk cost and house guests arriving, I did not try to get competitive comparisons - or do it myself.
