Installed 2 water heaters and maintained valves etc on 3 furnaces.? The guys did a lot of work and I am completely pleased with the result.? It was a good chunk of money to pay but I do think it was a fair price.

The work was exceptional and very professional. It's high praise when the plumbing inspector compliments you on the choice of contractor.

Replaced complete drain pipe in bathroom sink. Snaked severely clogged drain. Mike was there at the time he said he would be. Did a great job and was honest about cost. No surprises.

Mark arrived as scheduled, was polite and respectful to me, my home and my cat. He inspected all the things on my list, explained my options, including showing me the various parts for each, pros & cons, and provided estimates for each options. His truck was well stocked and the work was done the same day. I did not rate the price for 2 reasons. I selected this company based on reviews on Angie's List and did not solicit other estimates, so had no basis of comparison. And, in most cases, I selected options using the higher quality parts. I was given a modest discount. I was very pleased with the service and definitely would call them again.

He described my options and cost of each with no undue influence. He was on time, quick and professional.

Had leaks under the kitchen sink which needed to be fixed. Had put two containers under the kitchen sink to catch water leaks, plus one container to catch the leak near the dishwasher. Called Eishenhauer Plumbing. Plumber called that day he was to come and stated he was running late - came two hours later than originally planned. Plumber came and said all three leaks were associated with the dishwasher, and the replacement of just one hose from the dishwasher would cost over $300. Plumber suggested contacting the company which installed the dishwasher and left with $120 check for the assessment. Husband was home. I was not. I knew two of the leaks had nothing to do with the dishwasher as two of the under the sink occurred when I was running water only from the kitchen sink and the dishwasher would not be running. Got my usual handyman to look at the job 4 days later. He replaced the dishwasher hose for $20.00, addressed the other two leaks with new washers and hoses from Home Depot, and found one more leak which he repaired - - - all at a fraction of the cost of the estimate from Eisenhauer Plumbing. Will never use Eisenhauer Plumbing again.

Mike replied to our first phone call the day after the call. He explained all available options and gave estimated prices over the phone. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and professional, and answered all my questions. We made an appointment for him to come out to view the site. We agreed on a plan and the job was scheduled for the following week. Mike and his father arrived on time, worked all day, and stayed until the job was complete. They were professional, pleasant, and cleaned up the area after installation. I am very happy with their service, would use them again, and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

original call he informed us to have cesspool pumped which we did. He then came up ran a camera into the lines showed my wife exactly what was going on. He snaked all the lines with a root cutter and removed. Very happy with service

When the issue was described over the phone, Mike thought it was a bad valve core. When he arrived to replace the valve core he discovered the valve extender was broken. He ordered the part and returned about a week later, only to discover that the manufacturer had changed the valve and the new extender wouldn't work with the old valve. Mike then took the old extender to his shop and fabricated a replacement. He returned the same day and finished the job. Throughout the process Mike kept me informed of the issues, always arrived when he said he would and answered any questions I had. I felt the final price was quite reasonable considering the number of trips to the house and the part fabrication. I highly recommend Mike and will use him again in the future.

It went well and as quickly as it could. The owner did the job and was professional and courteous. i would definetly use him again and recommend him.

He showed up and looked at my dripping faucet and the shutoffs and said they're not leaking, no need to replace the shutoffs, save yourself some money. Then he replaced the faucet and when he went to tighten the shutoff it fell apart in his hands. I was expecting that, so much for saving a few bucks. The faucet works great, happy with the shutoff, and the water line to the refrigerator. I would hire him again for any plumbing issue. He was honest and fair.

Mike was great to work with. We were trying to save money by doing demolition ourselves and he was more than willing to work with us. When we had questions along the way he was very responsive to phone calls and gave us helpful tips. After the install, he brought me in to the bathroom and made sure to give me more tips for the finishing of the bathroom. We will definitely call him again.

Following this visit he told us we should have the cleaning services come in and clean up from the flood. Tear out the cabinet and wall as he would need to access the main line to complete the job. He returned when we were ready, accessed the main line and cleaned out 3 root balls in the line. Then returned a third time once insurance approved the toilet replacement. During this issue, he also did two side jobs for me, fixing a connection where my dishwasher drained, and replacing a leaking faucet. At all times he was professional. He showed us the blockages in the line with a camera. He was very good about talking about the options, which helped me to decide what to do. I will continue to use Eisenhower for any plumbing needs, the service is excellent! I really appreciated the breakdown of the possible outcomes, it made me feel like I saved $$$ when the worse did not happen!

Great service provider!! He was able to take the garbage disposal apart and repair it instead of just installing a new one, which saved me hundreds of dollars!! Timely, punctual and cost effective - would hire him and his team again!

Mike arrived on time and went over the cost to repair versus installing a new faucet. I decided to go with a new standard faucet, and Mike did the work quickly and professionally.

Went well. Although he he arrived Fashionably late, he provided all the options and explained them well. He was thorough and methodical and knew his trade well.

The replacement went very well, as Mike arrived almost two hours early which worked out great for my schedule. The new toilet he installed works great and will save on water.

The install was quick and easy. While Mike was here we also had him give us quotes on a few other plumbing projects that we intend to have him return to complete.

Initial phone call returned within 24 hours. Spoke with Mike and was impressed with the information and recommendations he suggested. Kitchen faucet was replaced and toilet fixed. Price was as quoted. Service was exactly as promised. Would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

They're outstanding. The owner of the company came and he was very articulate. He really was able to explain the problem and what was related to what happened. He's just a very clear, concise and knowledgeable man.

The tub drain was leaking through the ceiling below. He had to cut a hole in the ceiling to gain access and was able to do the job as difficult as it was due to the location of the problem and overcame the obstacles. He was very professional and cleaned up the mess afterwards. I was impressed that he fit me in and worked into the evening to make sure the problem was solved. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and I will be using him again if another problem arises.

Called Eisenhauer to get quote on tub leak. Mike discussed the situation with me for about 30 minutes and asked to have pictures of the old valve sent to see if it could be repaired vs. replaced. After looking at the pictures, we made an appointment the next day. Mike was on time, and quick got the valve apart and walked me through my options of repair or replace. Mike found the parts and returned within an hour and had the tub fixed in no time. Was courteous and neat.

I had MJ Eisenhauer Plumbing replace my tank. The job went very smoothly and was completed in about 2 hours. Mike made sure all my questions were answered and showed me how to set my tank to the proper operating temperature. I?m very happy with the professionalism, and attention to detail not just for the job but in answering all my questions.
