Description of Work: The Pioneer Heating and Cooling crew installed a minisplit ductless heating/cooling system, 2 pumps and 4 heads. They did a great job on the installation, explained well how it works, were respectful of the space, cleaned up after themselves, and communicated well.

Description of Work: We paid $4500 after rebates. They installed two minisplit units. They were professional and easy to work with. Their customer service is excellent. They have followed up to make sure everything is working well and to help us receive the rebate.

Description of Work: Pioneer Heating and Cooling came and serviced my hot water heater and boiler. Previously, I had my plumber service them but had problems with the system in the winter of 2013 that the plumber couldn't solve and realized I needed someone familiar with my brand of boiler and hot water heater. |I was very happy with the service at Pioneer and will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Dispatched through Columbia Gas as I have a contract on my boiler. Woke up with no heat. Columbia Gas apparently didn't dispatch them properly, but I called them directly and got a response within 10 minutes on a Saturday during a snow storm. The tech showed up within 30 minutes or so and was able to fix the problem professionally and efficiently. Thumbs up.
