Steve Sousa was very prompt in giving us a quote and discussing our options on refinishing the floors. The actual work was quick and professionally done. The price was very competitive with other flooring services in the area.

Amazingly well. We had the kitchen floors done first in November of 2015 then the den in the summer of 2017. Refinishing the kitchen floors came after a long and painful kitchen remodeling that took far longer than expected, so we didn't really want to have another week of limited access to the kitchen. Steve Sousa helped us tremendously giving us options to speed up the process without compromising the quality of the job. He was very patient while we tried to decide stain and finish. The work was very well done, on time, reasonably priced. We hired them again almost 2 years later and will again as we move into other parts of the house. Steve's a keeper.

It went well. Steve met with us 3 times, I believe. We had the living room and the dining room done first, while we were on a trip. We were pleased with the results and had two bedroom floors refinished soon after we returned. We have recommended him to two friends.

The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The floors are beautiful! The job was done in a narrow time window between the house purchase and move in. Floor sanding can be very messy. I was pleasantly surprised at how little dust remained after they were done. I found Steve communication with Steve to be very straight forward. Call backs were not always immediate -but they were always timely. He very clearly and realistically communicated the job schedule with me and he stuck to the schedule. From the time that he started, I was confident that the job would be completed well before the movers arrived.

The work schedule was set up at my convenience. The work crew (2) arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. The job took 3 days, from initial sanding to the final coat. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The wood floors were showing 50 years of neglect and now look brand new!

I had four rooms with hardwood flooring underneath carpeting. I had removed the carpeting myself but the floor had scrapes and scuffs along with staples, nails and thick black glue. All four rooms were done for $990. The floors took three days and looked practically brand new! They did an awesome job cleaning up after themselves and left practically no dust. They also gave very thorough instructions on how to care for my new floors and were knowledgeable. Very professional and friendly. The only difficult part was getting a hold of them. I had called both of the numbers twice with no answer but I emailed them and they responded promptly. I'm a patient person and knew I wanted to use them based off of others reviews so I didn't really mind. When I redo the last room I will be going through them and highly recommend this company.

Many sections of the floor were gouged by sander and the kitchen cabinets were damaged

He worked around our painters, ensuring that we started and ended with clean floors. Suggested that we do a deep sand on the first floor, but we opted out due to timing considerations and we are now kicking ourselves because the second floor looks amazing.
