Duct cleaning starts at $389.99 for a small system with up to five vents. We also clean electric and hot water baseboard heating systems. Phone estimates are free. We actively contribute to various charities and are very proud to have cleaned the ducts for a home built in 2009 in our area in association with Kent Pecoy Construction and ABC's "Extreme Makeover, Home Edition" TV Show. More recently, we provided relief for our neighbors who survived a tornado which struck Western Massachusetts on the afternoon of June 1, 2011. Immediately following, my employees and I delivered pizzas and water to survivors who had no electricity and also assisted a local church effort in distributing supplies and food that they had collected from so many caring members of their congregation and which were also donated by our local community. "I was told that the fee to simply come into my house to assess my furnace (that was not working) would be $260 on a Wednesday afternoon... and I was told this fee would not be absorbed into the work if I chose to have it done. If this company charges such an exorbitant assessment fee, I could only believe they would inflate other fees as well. I hired another local company for half that fee to assess then repair my furnace. Shame on Heritage Home Service."
