They came when they said they would come so they were prompt. I would use them again.

They responded very quickly and set up the appointment within a few days. Now that it has rained I am not satisfied with the job - I still have one area that is over-flowing, running down the side of my house. I was assured on the phone that they would clean up everything and take it away with them but I was disappointed to have to sweep debris from my steps and in front of my breezeway. Also I could tell they had dumped some of the debris on my back lawn and spread it through the grass.

I just want to comment that the Gutter Cleaning Company did not contact me after I sent an email requesting service despite their website saying "we respond to web based service requests immediately". Their website also says they service "Massachusetts". After waiting for a few days without anyone contacting me I called the company and was told that they do not service Acton, MA. Quite a waste of my time. Perhaps they need to let customers know what areas they do service to avoid this problem.

All the people associated with this company were friendly and responsive, the work was performed within a couple of days as promised, there was no mess left on my property, the proof-of-insurance form was provided with no argument, and the next rain seemed to indicate that the gutters were in better working order than they had been. I really appreciate companies that follow through, and this one did -- at least in my one experience with them. I will call them again.

As before, the scheduling process was easy. I didn't have to wait a long time for the work to be done. The workmen were punctual. Unfortunately, some of the debris from the gutters was simply flushed onto the driveway, which is gravel and not asphalt. This led to an unsightly discoloration of the affected gravel. I didn't expect that there would be no spillage, but it seemed that more of the debris could have been removed manually, thus limiting the deposition of purulent organic debris onto the driveway.

After initial confusion with calls & return calls, job was done at exactly the time agreed on and was done quickly & cleanly. The people were friendly and professional and left no debris.

Online communication with the company with prompt and responsive. We were scheduled for a date over email. The workers showed up very late on the day specified but I think this was because it had rained for the previous two days and they probably were backed up with work. The workers completed the job and the gutters that I can see on the first floor from my second floor windows are very clean. For the past two days we have had torrential rain and the gutters are functioning well. The only small complaint that I had was that they could have cleaned up the gutter debris a little bit better on the deck and porch, but it wasn't a major issue. Overall I think this is a good company to use for gutter cleaning.

I contacted them through their website. Someone called me promptly to arrange an appointment, which occurred within a reasonable time frame for me. We didn't have to be home, and they did come as planned. I didn't know if we still had gutter mesh guards, as it's so hard to see the gutters on our house, and they reported back to me what they found. They seemed honest and fair and we recently had lots of rain with no flooding in the basement, unlike the second most recent heavy rains (pre-gutter cleaning).

Great, easy to book, able to do it online. They were quick, we didn't even have to be there.

The workers arrived as scheduled and worked diligently. While I cannot inspect the gutters myself, I can report that all of the gutters appear to be working well and they appear to have done a very good job.

Not much to tell, but I was impressed with the efficiency of the website/follow-up call scheduling process. I can't really judge the quality of the service, but I can tell the gutters are no longer clogged.

The gutters on the house we live in were really pretty bad when this company came to clean them out. We bought our place from an older couple and I'd be surprised if they ever did their gutters in the entire time they lived here. So, their job for us was really big. In fact, I was surprised that our bill wasn't higher than it was because they did quite a bit for us. They also made sure there was no junk or debris left after they were done so I was pretty happy that they went around with bags and left things looking better than they did when they got here. I was pretty impressed with them.

I went with the Gutter Cleaning Company because their customer service was excellent. They were on time, very professional and fast.

Company quickly responded to my call. Via emails, we scheduled the cleaning when we thought leaves would be off the trees. They called the day before the scheduled day to remind us. They showed up on time and completed work as agreed.

The workers showed up at the appointed time. They were fast and thorough, friendly, and courteous. There was also an area where we wanted an extension placed on a downspout so that it would drain all the way to the ground. They went to a Home Depot, got the parts necessary and quickly did this extra work at a reasonable price. The owner of the company always called back in a timely fashion. All in all, a very satisfactory job.
