Description of Work: A two-story addition was built onto the back of this house in 1973. Upon this sloping roof I added a deck in 1987. Over the years the roof began to leak and rot in areas. Frank's men had to remove the floor of the deck and some of the side boards, rip off the old shingles, replace the rotted roof boards, then reshingle and reassemble the deck.

+ 3 moreI OBTAINED AT LEAST 4 ESTIMATES FOR THE WORK I REQUIRED. THE MCKENNA BROS, WAS THE LOWEST ESTIMATE I RECEIVED AND WAS AT LEAST 50% LESS THAN THE MAJORITY OF THE OTHER ESTIMATES. THE FAMILY BUSINESS HAS BEEN IN EXISTENCE FOR ABOUT 30 YEARS. FRANK IS OVERALL AN HONEST, OPEN AND FRIENDLY PERSON. I REALLY FELT LIKE I GOT A GREAT DEAL! THE WORK DONE WAS FANTASTIC AND I DO NOT BELIEVE IF I USED ANOTHER BIG NAME COMPANY THAT THE WORK WOULD HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED MY VINYL SIDING, AWNING, EXTERIOR LIGHTS, RUBBER ROOF OVER KITCHEN, AND EXTERIOR DOORS.
