I recently hired Steve for a sump pump replacement. He promptly informed me of his availability, and the replacement process presented a major challenge. Steve faced an uphill battle right from the start as he tackled a literal tar bucket that someone had left in my sump pump pit. Despite the difficult circumstances, he handled the situation well and showed professionalism throughout the process.
While I appreciated Steve's efforts, the sump pump replacement itself appeared to be of inferior quality to the one I had. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that there were no guarantees provided with the installation. Overall, my experience with Steve was good so I do think he deserves a 5 star review.

Needed repairs on my sump system, so called Steve Dubois. He came right away to assess, ordered the needed parts, then returned immediately to make the repairs in just a few days. Amazing service and a fair price. Highly recommend!

All went well.
Description of Work: We have a technician respond and investigate the possibility of mold in the area of our front entry door. Luckily, as a result of his test, he found we had no problems. Jason arrived at the exact time of the appointment, was very professional and courteous. I Would highly recommend this company.
