Description of Work: Kevin Otts company works very efficiently and top quality work. They showed up at the scheduled time and finished the cedar shingle siding replacement in short time with very good quality materials, workmanship and a fair price. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Otts Restoration has done work for me for many years. This last year the work involved sealing a foundation wall to combat basement leaks when it rained. Last year among other work, he painted my sixty foot fence. He has corrected inferior work done by other contractors and I trust him to do the right thing. He is a creative problem solver.

Description of Work: I had evidence of a leak on my roof. I was afraid of a major problem, but Mr. Ott quickly diagnosed a leaky seal from an exhaust pipe and fixed the issue. I asked him to clean out my gutters while he was on my roof. And while he first explained that he would not climb up on any roof for less than $200-which seems a little steep-he could have told me I had a very expensive problem and I would have believed him. He also offered suggestions on how I should fix the water damage from the leak myself. I would use Mr. Ott again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Kevin Ott re-roofed the an ell on the back of my historic home in Dennis. He did an excellent job, and I would recommend or use him again without hesitation.

Description of Work: I requested an estimate for a new roof. He was very responsive and punctual. His estimate was reasonable but I did not get anything in writing which I prefer.
