They are coming back on Saturday because we are still having problems. When I got the email of the big deal, and the cost was 79 Dollars, and the work has to be done accordingly, but the cost came to 439 Dollars and change including the 79 which went to Angie's List, and I asked him if the 79 counts, and he said it was included in the cost, and so I was dismayed about how expensive it was. They gave me a quote for the additional work, and I told them to go ahead. They were very thorough as far as the work they did. We had a tremendous amount residue coming into our house, and it was almost a grey dust, and that has toned down, but we are still getting a lot of pieces of white dust, and we don't know what that is, and the owner himself will be coming out to check it out. He said we got 10% off for being an Angie's List member. Their follow up was very good.

Missed cleaning 1 return. Called and left message. They returned our call very quickly and returned within a couple of days to take care of it.

Actually they were very honest and informed me that they had never seen nor worked on a furnace system such as ours. It is an old "gentle giant". And that were not comfortable using modern equipment on the very flimsy vents from the 1930s. They said it would back up into the furnace if they started the process. That is why the work was not done. We are now looking into upgrading our furnace. Hopefully Angies list will have a deal soon. Thank you.

I asked if they could check the dryer line, and was told it didn't need that, either.

The technician did a good job. He wasn't able to get some of the covers back on, but no big deal.

The crew was very professional and showed me the areas where I should be concerned. It was very apparent my ducts haven't been clean in over 7 years (the age of the A/C system.

They were accommodating to making the appointment and on time. They were able to come out on a Saturday. There were 2 people here doing the work and it took about 4 hours to complete. The results were good and everything worked out well.

They come out and do the service a month ago. The estimate cost of service is less than $400. They did a wonderful job that’s why I feel so bad that I don’t remember their names because they were great. The young man that came and do the service were excellent and very, very wonderful young man.

Two men (including the owner) came promptly at the scheduled time. The first thing they did was to inspect my heating/central air system and determine the routing of all the duct lines (which are somewhat convoluted in my house as the AC ducts were installed after the heating ducts when central air was installed by a previous owner. Based on prior reviews I expected a high pressure upsell but instead thought I received an honest estimate of what needed to be done. They won me over when they noticed that my furnace filter had never been installed correctly and told me it would do me no good to have the ducts cleaned without this taken care of first (I had known that this was a problem for years). So they got to work and first installed a new furnace filter assembly which required a lot of cutting of sheet metal and disassembly of part of the furnace (even having to completely remove the furnace blower assembly). They did a great job on this. Then they got to work cleaning all the ducts, vents, baseboards, central air A-coil etc. They used both high power vacuums as well as brushes. They 2 of them spent almost 4 hours non stop on the work (even refusing my offer of coffee or stoping for lunch). All told I am very pleased with their work. They were very neat and cleaned up very well. I knew the Angie's coupon would a only cover part of the work. I felt I got quality work at a fair price.

They came in up selling me all the other services. The basic duct cleaning is about $60 and the guy came in and looked around and proposed an $800 for additional services although I negotiated to $400 and paid them the additional. They did a good job cleaning the fine job but I was dissatisfied with the fact that they come in and sell me more services. They refused to come out when there are no adults which didn’t seem to be so good. So we had to wait until I was around because they wanted to up sell me services. We rescheduled again when I was around.

Scheduling was fine for the first appointment and it was kind of an issue for the second appointment so they were not able to come out for a couple months. They had to come twice to finish the job. They were nice guys to work with. If I would have known I would have had to pay more, I would have gone wth the A rated company on Angie's List that was less expensive.

Ken & John came to do the job. Both men did a walkthrough to see how many returns I had. They did the air duct cleaning and noticed that my furnace was making a strange noise. They offered to repair but I declined due to I have a service plan with my oil company that could fix the problem. There was a additional charge for the additional main and the extra 4 returns. All and all it was a good experience. Except a water bottle was left on the floor with some other paper debris.

the provider was more interested in selling me a 500.00 package for additional service, than actually performing the service I had already paid for. I was asked to sign a clause that states they are not responsible for damage if I did not accept their package service. I found it interesting that anyone would think consumer so gullible.

The service turned out really well. They educated me about what needed to be done. They offered additional services that would need to be done. They were very professional. Their customer service was outstanding. They would sit down and describe everything in detail so you knew exactly what was going to be done.

They were very good. They were very polite, efficient and did their jobs very well.

It was OK except for the upsell. They tried to convince my co-owner (I was not present that day) that cleaning the ducts ($88 Big Deal) would not actually protect our health unless we purchased another $600 of cleaning services for our blower motors (we have two). They really scared my co-owner describing harmful things stuck to the blower motors that would blow into the house through the newly-cleaned ducts and make us sick. First of all, we never got sick with 8 years with dirty ducts (at least 40 years worth of dust in them). Secondly, isn't that why we have air filters on our furnaces-- to trap harmful particles and dust before it goes into the living areas? Thirdly, taking off the blower motor housing and vacuuming it out should not cost $300 apiece. I did not appreciate the attempt to get another $600 out of us, although you may have to admire their entrepreneurial spirit. The actual vent cleaning went fine. They came, they cleaned, they left. We don't actually notice any difference in our air quality - we had the ducts cleaned just for peace of mind. Our peace of mind would have been better if they hadn't upset my co-owner with blower-motor scare stories. Note to provider: Angie's list does not allow me to list the actual location where service was performed, in Medford, MA, due to some quirk of its review function.

We purchased the $79 deal from Angies list a few weeks ago. A party of two arrived on time at 1pm and checked the AC, took a video on the phone and showed it to me. Then the gentleman explained the cost of the 2 options with the UV light and without. They explained the benefits of UV light which was very helpful as we had some mold build up on the wires, as the system is in the attic. They gave me a discount and quoted a reasonable price. They did the work efficiently and completed by 2:10pm. They showed me another video again after the work was completed and it was clean. They also cleaned and brushed our dryer vent. They were excellent and very neat with the work. I will recommend them to others.

I never heard from this service provider. I am seeking refund from Angie's List.

A team of 2 came. First, they had to determine where the dryer vent exited the house which they did successfully. Then they cleaned the entire length of the vent with power driven brushes. All was handled professionally and they put everything back as before.

but they were very professional and did leave it up to me to decide but once they arrived you might as well get it done but wish i had known that earlier before i bought the coupon.

They (two men Anthony and John) came about 3 PM. They said it would be between 1 PM and 3 PM. They were pleasant and worked efficiently. The vent was not very accessible but they managed to clean it. I think the whole job took about forty five minutes. They vacuumed the area.

I responded to a special deal through Angie's List, and was fortunate to get same day service, since at the time of my request there was a technician just finishing up work in my part of the state. I was told that otherwise they were booking 6 weeks out. Two techs arrived, in a van painted with an ad for a $50 service special which sounded identical to what I'd just paid $70 for! Having read other AL reviews of this provider I was prepared for efforts to sell up, which indeed happened several times during the course of their visit. It appeared that the special offer was not sufficient to completely clean the system of my small 5 room ranch! The cost of the additional recommended services seemed very high to me. When I declined, they had me sign a "Waiver of Liability" which used the term "level of contamination". This seems to me to be a scare tactic. The tech were pleasant, however -- certainly not aggressive or threatening. They went on to clean the main heating supply duct using equipment that blew air in from one end, and vacuumed out whatever it stirred up at the other end. The process did not cause noticeable soiling of the furnace air filter. They went on to clean the dryer vent, using their special vacuum cleaner from outside. I have yet to check whether the cleaning extended into the vent pipe. There was a modest pile of lint left beneath the exterior vent. So I am satisfied with the service I got for the price I paid, but will probably go with a different company when I think the job needs to be done again.

Easily scheduled appointment with the company, but then I had to cancel related to scheduling issues on my end.

They came but did not have the equipment to do the vent cleaning for my type of system. They did clean my furnace and did a good job on that.

(I thought that this was a rip off on the part of Angie's List-- you either pay for it or you don't)
