If there is anything outside of what the voucher covers, we give an itemized estimate. Some examples of extras would be extra returns, blower motor cleaning. You are not obligated to do anything outside of what the voucher covers. The voucher is also fully refundable if for some reason you had not wanted the work done. I'm sorry your tenants didn't make you aware of this situation. However, before we even start any work we have to get approval from the home owner (you).The technicians spoke to you prior to starting any work and got the go ahead to do the job. If there was an issue with pricing, it should have been addressed when we spoke rather than putting up a negative review after the fact.
