Description of Work: Cleaned ducts and dryer vent. Thoroughly explained all work prior to service. Returned on a Sunday afternoon to address problem with dryer vent. Very responsive and professional!

Description of Work: It went well they cleaned our heating system. They did a great job. We already recommended the company to family and friends.

Description of Work: Provider cleaned and vacuumed all the supply and return vents. They also serviced the air handlers. Few days after their work one of our AC zone stopped working . We called in an HVAC company who blamed the problem on the east coast vent . Once we received the bill from the HVAC company we sent a letter along with the bill explaining the situation to Anthony Rose of East coast vent . We did not hear any thing back. After 2-3 weeks I called Anthony of East coast vent and asked him if he received our letters( one was sent certified and. The other via regular mail). Anthony told me that they are working from their home in Brockton and they have not received any letters from US. I was very upset and told him what is going on . Later on I emailed him the HVaC company bill along with our letter . After few days he sent me an email stating they will not pay for the damages they have caused ( intentionally or otherwise) and let the court decide I have decided to take them to court. I do not recommend them for any work what so ever.

Description of Work: Again, there was an up-sell, original price for the vents was $89, and it just kept climbing. I don't like the up-sell side of these deals that's why I have stopped using them.

Description of Work: I got a big deal. They arranged the visit, confirmed and showed up on time. The linear feet of the house made the price very high and they attempted to add on extras. My wife purchased one, but declined the other, a dubious claim of medical support for prevention of respiratory disease exacerbation by their treatment. The house is cleaner since the work was done and they were clean. I just felt taken advantage of by the add-ons of marginal value

It was fine with me to wait 1 month for service. |The tech arrived 30 minutes before the schedule, was very nice, and suggested several additional services. I agreed to pay extra $119 for cleaning the second line and declined the rest of suggested services. There was no sell pressure. The work took 1 hour. I am satisfied with the service |

Description of Work: Cleaned dryer vent and air vents. They were late both times because of car trouble, but called to say they'd be late and then were on time given the new estimated time of arrival. I was unprepared for the "upsell" but they were understanding that I wanted time to research. I ended up doing everything they recommended. They let me know it would be years before I'd need to do it again, which made me trust them. They could have told me I'd need it yearly and I wouldn't have known any better. Also, made low-cost recommendation for reducing moisture in basement: keeping common charcoal for grilling down there.

Description of Work: East Coast Vent, INC cleaned our air ducts and provided a quick estimate for installing central AC and/or a ductless system. They were on-time, friendly, thorough and I'm sure a great job (I'm not looking in the air ducts to find out!).

I'm still a little confused about how main supply/return ducts are counted, which is important because of pricing, but I'm still satisfied with the work done for the price. | |While cleaning the dryer vent, they took some extra time to re-tape some connections that had been improperly taped by the previous owner and was leaking lint while running the dryer. | |My only issue is that I wish they had put a sheet down on the ground (and small garden) underneath the dryer vent outside. This would have made cleanup of the lint much easier. I would recommend that anyone getting dryer vent cleaning have an old sheet or tarp of some kind handy for this purpose just in case.

They offered me knowledge and insight on our system and were not at all pushing to have themselves provide the work since I had recently had our heating and cooling system updated.

Unfortunately, none of my vents were the right kind that they did work with so I had to get a refund via Angies List. They were very helpful regardless and extremely pleasant. I will use them for any future needs.

Description of Work: Well either I read the deal wrong which is possible, but I remember vaguely (because it was so far between when I purchased the coupon and when the actual work was performed) that I called to make sure that it was for dryer vent cleaning. However I was wrong, so I had to pay extra money to get to my dryer vent cleaned, and it seems like a lot of money for that service. The guys who came out with very professional and if I had forced air/heat I would probably use them, but since I only needed my dryer cleaned out, it didn't quite work out well. I would suggest they make their deal clearer, because I'm pretty sure |I called because there were 2 deals and I wanted to make sure I got the correct one - apparently I didn't. But my dryer is now cleaned so that's all for the good.
