Description of Work: I thought I was getting my air ducts cleaned however they notified m the coupon was only clearing the air ducts going one way and not the air ducts leading out which would be harmful to our air. They would have done it but they said the air would be very dirty. They cleaned my dryer vent and that was it. I would not have bought the special had I known.

Description of Work: Service was never done. I contacted East Coast Vent 6 times - 3 by email, 3 by phone - and never received a reply when trying to schedule. I've contacted them over the course of 3-4 weeks with multiple options for service to be done. To not even receive a call or email back in response displays a complete lack of professionalism.

Description of Work: I contacted, and set up an appt. We didn't close on the house, as scheduled (title probs) then, husband ordered hardwood floors to be re-done. ECV said that we should wait to set up another appt. When we called to reschedule the first time, they were rude to my husband, and told him that we would most likely not have a close appt, IOW before we moved. I contacted company, and true to their word, they were not available until 10-26-14; Needless to say, they can keep the $59-. I went with another Angie's List provider. They told me that the $59- was not really a good deal anyhow. I ended up paying over $700- but it was up front and in the form of an estimate. They also gave me before and after picts. Oh, and they were available, the next day. So no idea how they would have been, but to be rude to someone (especially when a "closing" was put off, through no fault of their own) not cool.

Description of Work: Called initially through an "Angies Deal" to have a main air duct and return from the heating/cooling system cleaned. More work needed, including the removal of some black mold. Had installed a preventative infra-red mechanism to the system they recommended. Very punctual, worked efficiently and explained everything well including answering questions.

Description of Work: It went very well and although I got the discount, their appraisal of what was needed for full service and to get the best results was much higher. I accepted the proposal. I was told I was good for 10 years, so for me it was worth the extra costs. So far I am satisfied with the work done, and I was told I could call them if there were any concerns.

Description of Work: The two gentlemen who performed the promo $79 vent cleaning and agreed to additional service for the central A/C unit, were exceptional professionals, committed to their work and educating their client. As a first time homeowner, I greatly appreciate any opportunity to learn tips and be informed about the condition of systems under my roof. I would definitely contact this company again.
