Puroclean Emergency Restoration Services

It went really well. I was aghast at how dirty my air vents were and they did a great job explaining what needed to happen, showing me the evidence, explaining each part of the costs, doing the work promptly and efficiently. It smelled great for the first time in my house! I had to do a little clean up after they left (some trash from the installation process was left in the basement) but overall it was a great experience and I feel so much better breathing in my house!

We just moved in a couple of years ago and evidently the prior owners never had it cleaned. East coast will be back every year to clean this vent. Would recommend them to everybody.

The service went pretty good. I used the service 5 or 6 months after. I paid an additional amount for a spray that goes through the duct. I hadn't used them before. The recommendation for them would be to be more punctual.

The service went well. They were very nice because I was in the middle of a lot of renovation work. He suggested to schedule a few months after the renovations so all the dust had settled which I thought was a good suggestion. They came when they were supposed to and did the job. They were courteous and professional.

It went well. I will say that I misunderstood the services in the Groupon a bit. I thought it was to do as many returns and vents when it was just a few. So I had extra cost there. Also it didn't involve the real deep cleaning of the system as explained, as part of the process,. so I ended up having to by a whole package . Which was several hundred dollars. I will say tho that they did the work and answered all my questions as we discussed things...I was happy with the service. Recommended them to a friend that has some vent issues in December. Would I hire this company for a future job? Yes I thing so but I will be more aware of my expected cost I Have 2 furnaces and systems and was only able to do one at the time.

I was very disappointed with them. The guy just looks like a regular vacuum cleaner and I have done that myself. I really didn't need this guy and automatically he says several dollars worth of work that needs to be done on my air conditioning unit and while there was now he could bill it for like $579. They never acutlaly went inside the vent itself. They did go up and check out the air conditioner and they said there were few things wrong and the things are perfect as far as I know and I am not going to spend either $579 or $879 the two prices. He would have done it for the lower price that day if I okayed it. They tried to push it one me. I am not very happy with it at all. I wasn't happy with the cleaning that they did. I would not use them again.

They couldn't do the dryer vent because we don't know where it is. We think it is on the roof but they don't go on the roof, so they reduced the price because of this. They did a good job overall and up-sold me on a few extra things.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine; they were good. The two gentlemen they sent were very pleasant young men. In fact, the thing that probably stood out was that it was difficult for them to bring in their equipment because I had some porch furniture in their way so they ended up moving it down in my basement for me. They did not have to do that and they did it without me asking. The vent cleaning was very good and both my husband and I have noticed a significant difference in our allergies. I actually recommended them to other people in my building.

It was disappointing. He did the work, but he charged me a lot of money. The work was okay, but overpriced.

Initially, I had bought the Angie's List big deal for $79.00 for Air Duct and Dryer Vent cleaning and then added the UV systems for two floors for a total of about $1,000.

They came and saw the work that needed to be done. They also said we did not need the cleaning and to save the coupon. Scheduling went well and they showed up on time. I appreciated their honest.

What a rip-off! I trusted that Angie's List would promote only legitimate deals--as it is, I'm now out $79.95 without any work having been done.

They were very professional and communicative, but they didn't service my area and I didn't have the work done by them.

When I told them that I need to think about it they just rushed out of the house in 10 min basicaly just vacumming the outside of a couple of my vents in the house, they didn't,t even vacuum all of them. Also the picture shown in the deal is totally deceiving, these guys don't take any picture of your air vent before and after they just use a vacuum to suck the dirt from outside without even removing the grill. I am so disappointed in Angie's list for advertising this deal. This was a complete waste of my $90 Avoid them at all cost...

Cleaned vents and found other problems needing correction. Eliminated mold in system and found whats necessary to repair dryer vent hose.

East Coast was great. They showed up on time and inspected the entire house. Unfortunately, they said they were not used to working on the types of vents we had. They said we should contact Angie's for a refund.

The service provider performed an estimate and mentioned that it would not make sense just to clean the vent and would require a much more comprehensive service which would be costly. I was not intersted in a comprehensive service The owner recommended that I ask for a refund.

Tech showed up on time explained to me what he had to do and how much it would cost, we agreed on a price and he did the work.I'm happy job well done.

Everything went well, overall. Scheduling went fine and the technicians were nice. Two technicians came to do the work and one was cleaning the vents and the other was cleaning the heater. I felt they charged me for additional services at a very high price.

I purchased a daily deals with this vendor, they rescheduled with me twice. Then called to tell me that all their services were either being rescheduled or a refund was provided. Then three days later Angie listed a special with this same vendor for a higher price.

Scheduling a little slow but nothing serious, esp. given the rush from the coupon. Took about three weeks to schedule, team arrived promptly, good communication about arrival time. They recommended additional services that we didn't purchase, so not all of the system was cleaned (additional cost for returns was too high for our budget) but since we don't use the furnace that often, I preferred not to inflate the costs, and they were very agreeable when I declined. Unfortunately I couldn't be there during the whole process so I really have no way to evaluate the quality of their cleaning or even the necessity for it....but I certainly could see that the dryer vent needed it, given the amount of lint that was in the trash after they left!! That in itself was worth the cost of the coupon.

They called and cancelled my appointment.

Guys weer punctual and professional. Thoroughly explained the process. Will use again!
