Description of Work: We moved into a house that had wall-to-wall carpeting in a half bathroom. The entire bathroom-floor, vanity and toilet needed to be replaced. Ted was on time, courteous and had a reasonable price for the work that took three days. I will be using Ted again to remodel my kitchen in March.

+ 1 moreTed arrived on the date and time he promised, brought adequate crew to do the job quickly and was responsive to Ms B's concerns (she is 92). On the second day he returned to finish the job at a time suitable to Ms B, cleaned up from his work and left on time.
Description of Work: Ted Repaired stairs to the second floor that had split from the adjacent wall. This involved removing the ceiling in the basement stairwell and rebuilding the bracing for the stair treads. He then replaced the ceiling and painted it. The stairs no longer squeak or move when walking on them.

He communicated frequently with me to inform me what he was doing and to determine my satisfaction. The work took him a little longer than he had anticipated (2 1/2 days vs. 2 days), but he was more concerned with doing the work properly rather than cutting corners.
Description of Work: Removed old outside balcony, replaced door with window, patched siding, insulated wall, completed interior finish work.
