As it turned out, we received one call a week later from his assistant, asking a few follow-up questions, and we never heard from either of them again. His knowledge earned him the A for professionalism. But, unfortunately, his knowledge didn't benefit us. I hope someone else can get him to follow through. I feel sure he is quite talented.

He was nice enough to call back and let me know that he could not provide services unless I was interested in wooden siding

Ted has done a number of projects and we have a couple more scheduled. Very pleased with all the work he has done. Very high quality and reasonably priced. Ted is also very professional and easy to work with.

Ted responded to my call promptly and came out for a look. I provided a drawing and we discussed some of the details. Ted began promptly and completed the work within 2 weeks. Each step along the way he called and we discussed the smaller details. Ted purchased materials to properly match the existing building and matched the roof lines and eve details to the house. The porch was build very well with solid fasteners, ample dimensional lumber and with attention to details. Ted met with me several times and provide advice on how I could finish the interior. (I had him complete the exterior.) Ted provide catalogs of supplies to that I could choose the quality of the materials. The dimensional lumber he used was top grade and the decking was routed to round off the edges. Ted was very net in his work. Provide a dumper on site, put away all toolls at the end of the day, left steps to front door intact until the new steps were installed. In short, he is a great guy to work with. Has a lot of know-how, good price and he communicates and comes when he says he will.

This gentleman did return a call but had no interest in doing the work. My location "was out of his area".

As smoothly as it could go in a 61 year old house, with much do-it-yourself remodeling done by the previous owner. Very smoothly actually! Two weeks from start to finish.

Ted was great! Estimate was given in the exact time he said..his crew is very professional... They were prompt, neat and very friendly..the work they did was excellent the railing system for the deck was new to him and he did a fantastic job! Also within budget... Ted has great ideas and he's very enthusiastic about his work...we are using TCL & Assoc again this spring... Can't wait!

Ted and his assistant arrived on time. They were professional and fast and tidy. They put in my replacement custom shower door with no problems what so ever. Ted even replaced the sealant I had purchased with one he trusted more at no extra cost and I got to return the sealant I had purchased for a full refund! :) I have tested it since and it is a very large door system. It works with sleek silence and it is water tight and beautiful. They left everything clean and neat (I'm a little bit OCD about neat and clean..). I had a wonderful experience with TCL and Associates on my kitchen remodel. Ted stayed on the timeline and budget so I had limited "downtime" and no additional unexpected expenses.

Ted and his crew were punctual, professional and curteous. They did the work in a timely manner. The rebuilt garage looks wonderful and I would not hesitate to recommend TCL to friends and neighbors.

He was fantastic. He was extremely professional, he arrived early, he answered the phone and returned calls, the work area was extremely clean every day, and he and his worker told me what they were doing every step of the way. I would absolutely use him again.

Like many, we had a great deal of water damage from this winter and needed to replace a large amouont of ceilings and drywall. Ted was very fair, upfront, and had our best interest in mind. He is very thorough and keeps an extremely clean work space. He did work in our master bath, master bed, kitchen, and guest room. We never felt like we were living in a construction zone. Highly recommended.

The work went very smoothly. The only delays were due to permits with the city, and outside of Ted's control. He was always very prompt any time we set up a meeting Was always available for questions or concerns He subcontracted out the demolition and electric work, but made sure that we met the subcontractors before they started work The quality of his work was very high. It was clear that he put a lot of thought into the construction of the garage. I enjoyed working with Ted, and would happily use his services again!

. They quoted $8000. I liked him very much, as far as when we were discussing what we had to do. He had some good ideas. He was not rushed, he was not in a hurry, and he took time to give suggestions both technically and ethically. I thought he was good. But his price was outrageous. It all happened right at the time we had the tornadoes and many bigger jobs were kind of available. I have a feeling that has something to do with it. I would consider them for an estimate in the future.

After my insurance company gave me an estimate, I contacted three different contractors. Ted was the only one to deliver me an estimate when he said he would. The other two made me wait three weeks. Because of this and the favorable review he had on Angie's List, I decided to go with Ted. He was very easy to work with, very accommodating and always there when he said he would be. Phone calls were promptly returned and communication was excellent. The job took longer than estimated but I was prepared for this as I think that all jobs of this nature take longer than expected. The quality of work was also excellent and I am very happy with the end result. I would not hesitate to call on Ted again should the need arise.

Following a written estimate specifying the work to be performed, materials and cost entailed, TCL performed every task accrdingly and per the estimate wonderfully.

Ted was prompt and professional during our initial phone conversation. He came to my home within an hour to look over the job and gave me a verbal estimate. His written estimate arrived in the mail within a few days. It was a small job installing the microwave over my cooktop, but I was pretty frustrated because the previous builder we had remodel the kitchen mounted it incorrectly. As a result, the microwave had been sitting in my dining room for about 5 months after it had to be taken down for a repair. One of Ted's associates, Bruce, arrived to start the job. He carefully looked everything over and mounted the microwave properly using the manufacturer's bracket. Additionally, because of Bruce's meticulous attention to detail, he ended up reassembling the microwave casing that the appliance repairmen had not put back together properly and adjusting the exhaust fan. Ted arrived toward the end of the job and helped Bruce mount the microwave and bolt it in place through the overhead cabinet. I am thrilled with the results! I would highly recommend TCL & Associates to anyone that needs work done around their house. They will be the first call I make for any future home repairs / maintenance / renovation.

Ted and his crew did an very professional job. They started on the designated date and were on time every day. The crew were courteous, clean and efficient. During the drywall and insolation removal and throughout the entire repair process, they paid close attention to cleanliness and proper disposal. The skylights are better looking than the originals and the front doors (stained fiberglass) are perfect. The drywall work is seemless and the ceilings are better than new. The paint team was the last to arrive -- their work was top knotch as well. Where the insurance company recommended replacing four or five boards near the front door and sanding the entire living area, TCL recommended a tile entryway. We picked the tile and the flooring added a wonderful touch to the main entrance to our home. The price was very reasonable and every expense was accounted for and presented to us in detail. There were no pricing surprises. I would recommend TCL to anyone looking for remodeling or home repair. Besides being good workers, everyone on on the team was friendly and hard working. We are 100% satisfied customers.

It went amazing! Ted had great ideas on what would look good in the kitchen and went above and beyond on everything he did and had great attention to detail. We had a weird custom cabinet from the previous owner that didn't match the kitchen and Ted chopped it down to the height of the other cabinets, made a new front for it and put matching countertop and backsplash on it to make it match the rest of our new kitchen. Kitchen looks way more modern now and makes you feel like you are in a new house. A+ Would recommend.
