I contacted them on Wednesday night and they were here on Thursday morning at the beginning of the time window they gave us. The technician was knowledgeable and repaired our dryer quickly and efficiently.

The washer broke down on Sunday afternoon. That is when my wife had to drag her wet laundry to the local laundromat. She was not happy. I looked up Angie s and found 2 local repair centers. The first one I got an answering machine and left the info. The second one U S Appliance I got a person who took my info and set up an appointment for Monday afternoon. Jason was early for the 3 - 5 window , which was great and diagnosed the problem and would be back the next day at our agreed time with the new part. Again he was early and in 10 minutes installed and had my washer up and running. I can t thank Jason enough for his prompt and proficient work he did. By the way. I got a call from the first company I called on Tuesday morning. Not quite Johnny on the spot like U.S. Appliance.

Jason responded to our inquiry for service in about a half hour on a Sunday! He arrived an hour later. He was polite, set right to work, figured out the problem and cleaned up everything. Jason was very upfront and honest. He had to return three times for my microwave and only charged for the first visit. He replaced a switch that kept blowing and wanted to refund us for the switch after the third visit even though it was not his fault. I just found him online, had never met him before, and I would highly recommend his business!

Tech was able to come to the house same day (it was a Thurs - others I called couldn t make it until Tues!), diagnosed the issue quickly, figured out a temp fix until he got replacement part. Expedited the order and replaced on Saturday. My appliance is back up and running!

I found this company on Angie s list. Jason called me very quickly . He arrived on time , told me the problem , and ordered a part for my washing machine. He came back and fixed my machine. He is knowledgeable, and polite , and I will call him again if I have any problem with an appliance. Highly recommend.

Next day service to fix our washing machine. I did not find anything wrong but mentioned it being cold in our basement and said transmission may have frozen up. Got it working again and offered advice on how to prevent it from happening again. Thank you so much!

Same day service, fixed microwave although couldn t find out why it stopped working; said there is 45 day warranty Incase it stops working again
