He came to my apartment at the scheduled time twice! You don't see that very often anymore! Had my fridge fixed in a jiffy!

Entire experience was excellent. Fast response to my initial call, very professional personnel, very safety conscious (wore masks at all times). In two separate repairs (washing machine, dish washer) they found the problem quickly, gave reasonable estimates, and completed the work with no issues. Repair personnel were also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend their services to everyone!

The technician arrived on time. He ordered parts that didn't arrive until the next day. His delivery was late on Saturday. He waited for them to arrive most of his day off. Once received on that day he immediately came to fix the refrigerator. He is very dedicated to his work. The 4 year old refrigerator is running fine. I would hire him again.
