The contractor had promised us he’d come back to finish the grouting when he left in Friday, but asked for payment. New homeowner mistake, I paid him. He never responded to my messages after that. ALV came in the same day I posted on Angi’s, gave a reasonable quote, and then bought the tiles we were looking at the next day. 3 days later, the project is complete, the grout finished, everything looks fantastic. 10/10 would use these guys again."

"Over charged my father for a backwater valve repair gave him an invoice with no specific breakdown on the job that was done. Had to request for a breakdown invoice Charged him $4k for a 4 hour job that was not done properly as the basement re flooded again. Gave me a run around for 3 weeks to get a breakdown on the invoice. As you can see from the screenshot.poor work Watch out for these guys. They don’t get the job done and they overcharge. We had to also pay for their the permits they were suppose to already have. And also pay for the rental truck and fuel! Second image is from the basement re flooded again after work was done"

He and his partner removed 3-inches of water from my basement, took out the faulty sump pump and installed a new one, and updated the outlet to GFCI. They put fans and a humidifier in my basement, gave me instructions to rotate them, and left them with me through the next day. The basement was clear of water when they left, and the new sump pump worked perfectly through the next storm. I appreciated how efficiently the work was done, and the information that Hanh gave me along the way so I could understand the process. Hanh even gave me recommendations for next steps. I would highly recommend Mass Pro Solutions and will definitely call them again if needed (hopefully not!)"
