The crew I had, which was Mario, his wife and son, were excellent. They came faithfully everyday and were very pleasant. They worked extremely hard to give me what I wanted. They were patient while I chose paint color and helped guide me to the color that would work.

This is a quality operation from beginning to end. The initial quote took half an hour. When John left, I had a copy of his insurance, license number, a list of references, and a signed detailed proposal. They showed up when they said they would, and the entire job took three days (there were about 8-10 guys working at once). They worked from 8 am till dark (7:30 pm). They left the site spotless. It was not just a superb paint job, but they also noticed a loose railing and tread on my back steps and just went ahead and put in a few screws to tighten it up. They didn't even mention it to me. I only noticed it once they were gone, since I'd been planning to do that myself. It only cost them a few minutes and a half dozen screws, but it really made a big impression in terms of the job. Being a battle-weary homeowner, I was just waiting for something to go wrong, but nothing ever did. As John said to me, ''The hardest part for the homeowner should be choosing the colors.''

I CALLED THIS COMPANY TWICE FOR AN ESTIMATE. HE FINALLY CALLED BACK AND SAID HE WOULD DO THE ESTIMATE THE NEXT DAY AND LEAVE IT IN THE MAILBOX, HE DID NOT! HE MAY HAVE CHECKED IT OUT AND DID NOT WANT THE JOB. BAD BUSINESS.
