Description of Work: At first, he was communicating with me and assured me they would do the job. Then he gave me a date for a month later and it was a Saturday in September. When I asked about Saturday rates, he said they don't do Saturdays but that they would this time. They could not come out at 3 or later when I would be out of school during the week. We set the day he had given me, which was 9/20, for them to come. I contacted him the Wednesday before as he requested me to remind them. He told me his person could not come due to family illness but Steve would ask him about the next Saturday. After not hearing from him, I finally texted and called Steve on Thursday the 25th. He did not respond to either. I need to move forward with the project and would like a refund.

Description of Work: He bailed on the service and I had to get my monet back.

Description of Work: He showed up on time, and connected some fans in the attic that I needed for added ventilation. He also checked an outlet for me that needed to be reattached to the wall. Although it was a small job, he did the job in the allotted time, was very professional and pleasant. I would definitely use him again for my electrical needs.

Description of Work: They backed out of the deal because they said I was out of their service area. I didn't think the deals were offered unless they were in the company's service area.

Description of Work: I bought a special offer from them, but then they replied I wasn't in their service area. There was nothing in the promotion about what areas they did or did not service. And I though Angie's list targeted these things. So all around, a disappointing experience.

Description of Work: He had scheduling issues. Overwhelmed with response from Angie's list. Complained that he was only getting a small percentage of the revenue and was losing his shirt on these deals. Originally said he could do the project (install a baseboard heater with thermostat) but when he came, said it was very complicated. Didn't like the unit I purchased. Very jokey, not as professional as I was expecting. Nice young man, I'm sure, but it did not work out in my case. Another eclectrician has come to my house, said the unit was fine and will be installing it where I wanted it within the next few weeks.
