The electrician would not come to my house for the original Big Deal that I purchased and paid for because it was too far away. So they went out and found another electrician who was willing to do the job and it was more money. But he came and did it. I didn’t have any dislikes. I wasn’t here when they did it but my husband was. They came in with several people and did what they promised they would do. It worked fine. There wasn’t a lot that they had to do because the wiring was already in place. They came on time when they promised. They followed up afterwards to make sure that everything was okay. The door bells work. The price was more expensive than the Big Deal price and I haven’t had any experience with other electricians. I can't compare it to anything. They were really good with their responsiveness.

I bought the big deal and tried to contact the vendor multiple times though angle's list messages and through phone. I originally wrote a bad review because I had a hard time scheduling, but we did eventually schedule the work (that is why the B for responsiveness.) Today he showed up not just promptly, but early, got to work right away, and completed all of the work in a professional manner. I talked to him about scheduling the "big deal" while he was working, and it turns out a lot of the difficulties he has had, had to do with the deal being sent out to much too large an area to be practical. I do remember seeing that he was listed as all of MA and southern NH. Having to drive very far for a 2 hour job is a bit much, I agree, since travel time is not reimbursed. So some scheduling frustrations initially, but all in all a job well done. Certainly, if you are looking to get electrical work done, and you live in the area where he works, it is worth giving him a call to see if he is available.

I have been trying to contact them over the course of 2.5 months. He is pretty unreachable. I have called him and he has never returned my calls. I have emailed him and 1/2 the time he doesn't respond and the other half he tells me to call him and then he never returns my call.

I called him 10-15 times and he wouldn’t answer, and I left him voicemails. I also tried emailing him, and he was very unresponsive. He finally responded to a text message, and he told me to request a refund from the deal I purchased.

The reviewer who wrote that this guy should work for Comcast is right. After scheduling an appointment, he never showed. Nor did he follow up with a call after I left several messages. Look elsewhere for service!

He fixed some electrical outlets and did a good job. The work has held up fine since they came out to do it. There were no issues with scheduling, and he came out fairly promptly.

I purchased the deal on Angie's List for electrical work with a few small jobs in mind. A week after I purchased the deal, I still hadn't heard back, so I emailed via Angie's List. Then Pagglicia Electrical called me back to say he doesn't service in Somerville. I wish he had contacted me immediately, or spelled out the service area in the promotion.

Steve was prompt, friendly, professional and very helpful with advice regarding some projects we have planned for the future. We would definitely hire him again.

It took them a few days to contact me. Once they did, I was told that I was not in their service area; their company was too far away.

Bought the deal which was specifically targeted to my location and was told by the provider that the big deal does not apply in my area.

He sounded like a nice guy and I'm sure he does a great job based on other reviews, but he was just to busy to do the work for me and seemed reluctant to come to my area.

I was sent a message that I am not in his area. The deal does not state clearly that he did not service my area. The description states he services all of Massachusetts. He also did not respond within two days of my purchase.

I signed up for his Big Deal. It took a several days before he told me I was out of his area.About 45 minutes. He should make that clear on his listing. I ended up scheduling another contractor for the work. It's about $800 worth of work. Fairly easy stuff, I could have done the work myself but am busy with other projects so I am using contractors on some of the more skilled work.

I called him after not hearing anything from him for a week (after I signed up for big deal). He told me on the phone he was out of Dracut and that he had to check to see if I was too far for him to travel (I'm in Marlboro MA., 1/2 hour from Dracut). He also told me how busy he was from the big deal and overwhelmed, giving me the impression that he was going to use the distance as an excuse, because he was so overwhelmed with the response. I was right, the night, I got an email saying I was too far and I should get in touch with Angies list for a refund. Guys this isnt the way it should work. These vendors need to be more responsive and their feet should be held to the fire on their service area claims. Things like this make Angies list and the vendor look bad. The Angies list user shouldn't have to waste their time getting refunds and and late responses. To this point I've been more than thrilled with Angies list. Its still my favorite website, but we have to fix these ambiguities in service area and response time (the deal says 2 days).

I was very impressed with Steve Pagliccia. Although a scheduling conflict resulted in his missing the expected 8am arrival time, when I called him at 8:30, he immediately left a job he was working with another service provider to honor his commitment to me. I was extremely impressed with his timely arrival and quick installation of my range hood. My older home led to some difficulty in the installation, however, Steve was knowledgeable and professional enough to complete the job professionally. The new range hood was boxed with a damaged filter, within the same day Steve had contacted the vendor from whom I had purchased and arranged for a replacement filter to be provided to me immediately. I greatly appreciated Steve making this call above and beyond the service of installation. I will surely contact Pagliccia Electric for future projects and highly recommend to anyone requiring a professional electrician.

Steve was a pleasure to work with. He added landscape lighting and it looks fantastic. I will use these guys for any electrical work I have.

Great service. Considerable time elapsed between rough and finish inspections, primarily due to storm damage and subsequent delays in completing the structure by owner/builder. Despite a busy schedule, Pagliccia Electric responded to the call-back within a reasonable period and completed the job promptly. Both crew members were licensed electricians with industrial experience.

Steve was recommended by a general contractor friend who uses him on all of his jobs. Steve is personable, highly skilled, works quickly, is respectful of our privacy and furnishings. He left no mess - not just picking up discarded items - he actually used a vacuum cleaner over wide areas!
