He came to the house, surveyed the job, bid the job and told me when he would be available to execute it. He completed the job in two days, on time, as promised and left the kitchen clean. The product he used was of superior quality. His workmanship and professionalism was worth it.

Ideal Home Improvement (Alex Vitorino) provided high quality workmanship in every area I contracted with him. Installation of the newly refaced cabinets, counter tops and custom built cabinets was performed on time without delay. The work was originally scheduled to take 4 days, but Alex completed it in three days. Their work is impeccable. The cabinet refacing looks like brand new cabinets. All line up exactly and open/close properly including the custom built drawers in the bathroom vanities. The countertops were cut to fit, and all seams are nearly invisible. Alex and his staff are true artisans. Ideal Home Improvement is a truly professional firm that provided me quality work, at a fair price and installed everything in a timely manner. I highly recommend Alex Vitorino for any cabinet refacing or custom cabinet project.

Alex is meticulous about his work, and was always very accommodating when I requested certain adaptations that were not part of the original contract. He also worked his schedule around the granite counter fabricator to assure that all specifications for my kitchen were accurate and all the pieces came together seamlessly. Work was done in a very timely manner and according to schedule. I am a very fussy person, and thus can say with complete assurance that anyone using this contractor will be extremely pleased. I plan to use this company again when I am ready to have a kitchen island installed.

Alex Vitorino is exceptional to work. He is professional, timely and consistent. Always showed up when he said he would be there which is difficult to find with contractors. His prices are reasonable as well. His carpentry skills are phenomenal and although a large portion of my project was refacing, it required him to customize an island, and an entire dining room bar area with top and bottom cabinets and shift existing cabinets to expand beyond the original footprint of my kitchen. This was far from a standard refacing job and the results were astounding.... He is dependable. I highly recommend him.
