I am a licensed MA builder and remodeler. I work with a network of trusted contractors. D&S Construction is one of my frequent partners. We have worked on exterior and interior projects, additions, bathrooms, kitchens, decks, repairs, basement remodels, and more. Sanfer Rocha and his team have an outstanding work ethic. He prices his work fairly and does great work. If you want a quick, sloppy job, you need to look elsewhere. There are many contractors who will work cheap and their results reflect the price and attitude. D&S Construction is the rare company performing excellent work at a reasonable price. Sanfer refuses to do things any way but the RIGHT way. His quality is top notch. He treats his subcontractors fairly and they return the favor by doing great work. Sanfer and his team are extremely considerate of customers' properties and always leave the job site clean and neat, whether he is coming back the next day or wrapping up on the final day. He has my highest recommendation. D&S Construction is unlikely to be the cheapest estimate you receive; they are quite likely to be the best value and best experience.


I purchased a new house in 2017 and as part of the negotiation with the sellers they rebuilt the porch. I was impressed with the quality of work, professionalism, and speed of which Sanfer and his team rebuilt the porch that I hired them to repaint the entire exterior of our house and the new porch. They did an exceptional and thorough job and were very responsive to the changes I requested. Since then, I've had D&S Partners rebuild part of my fence, add custom screen doors to our Pella doors, replace a bulk head, replace two interior doors (and repaint), and install a hood and gas stove in our kitchen, and remove a broken glass panel in our bathroom. Last winter the lock to our front door broke, he came with his staff the same day (it was a Sunday) to help not only fix the door but to weather proof it as well. On top of the quality of his work, Sanfer and his staff are unbelievably friendly, warm, and professional. I will continue to contact work on my house, large or small, out to D&S Partners.

Sanfer and team were great to work with for the addition of closets in a bedroom as well as for adding an entirely new bathroom on our 3rd floor. Along with all new plumbing and electric it also included a new, ducted mini-split heating system for that zone. His pricing was in line with the other companies I spoke with and he ultimately was the winning bid due to his collaboration during the process. it was a blank room and we worked on a few different layouts to get it right!From a management standpoint, there were sub-contractors needed(electrical and plumbing requires a licensed individual to pull permits in my city) and multiple inspections were required and he did a great job managing all of those moving parts in a timely fashion. All in all, I'd hire Sanfer again and plan to talk to him about a deck and kitchen remodel.

The work was done in two separate phases. It was well managed and executed. D & S Partners construction take pride in their work, they always problem-solved when unanticipated issues arose, for the most part communicated clearly each step of the way, paid great attention to detail, were respectful of our home and cleaned up after their work each day.

Full renovation of the apartment including Kitchen and Bathroom was done by Michael Rocha. He and his co-worker did a great job and project was done on time. It took them 9 days fully to renovate Kitchen. New appliances, cabinets, flooring, and electrical work was done. We had to open kitchen entrance door wider so that large fridge can be placed inside. Michael gave us very unique ideas of placing white LED lights under Kitchen cabinets. They did a very good painting job. The bathroom was fully renovated within 7 days. Everything was installed brand new, including large bathtubs, 12 very bright LED lights, including one on top of the bathtub. Lighting was distributed with three different switches to control it at a different part of the bathroom. All the wall of the bathroom and flooring they install large white tiles. They also installed two large mirror cabinets, toilet, vanity cabinets, Granite countertop and new sink. Every day they used to clean the area before leaving and at the end of the project they cleaned whole are cleaned and beautiful. I will highly recommend Michael to anyone who would like to hire for their project.

I’ve been using Sanfer and his crew for at least 5 years, for many different projects. He’s very reliable and always gets the job done as expected. I would definitely recommend him.

I have no complaints about the work performed. The work was excellent. Each time, the service was efficient and timely and the workers were friendly, polite and accommodating. I will hire them in the future whenever I need construction or carpentry work performed.
