We were very pleased with how it looked at the end. Like a brand new deck. He took the time and care to make it look good.

I have nothing but outstanding praise for Thomas J and everyone that has done work for me through this business. As the owner, Tom himself is incredibly responsive, professional, reliable and capable. Several times I have had to request their services due to plumbing emergencies has been out of normal hours or at the weekend. Without fail, he has responded immediately and has found someone to take care of the work for me within an hour (he even got back to me to organize someone for service on a Friday he himself was unavailable, which I later found out to be because it was the morning of his own wedding - seriously committed to his business!!). The workmen always show up on time if not early. The pricing is always within if not cheaper than quoted/estimated. And the quality of their work is consistently high, with the work being performed very quickly and neatly - Tom and his colleagues always clean up the area where they have been working. Billing and communication is super easy too as he is accessible by phone and email, and can provide pdf invoices which is really convenient. I highly recommend Thomas J for anyone looking for a reliable and high quality handyman in the Boston area - I plan to engage his services for years to come and always refer him to others.

Overall it could not have gone better. The floor look great and one door that stuck on the floor was fixed so it works perfectly now. We did not have to smell the urethane and they aired out the house while we were away so most of the odor was gone by the time we got back. They would have moved all the furniture into the garage and kitchen but we decided to hire a professional company for that using an Angie's list coupon.
