"The company installed the windows several years ago and we really like the quality of the windows and the installers. Respectful of property. The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. Our services include: New construction, general contracting, additions kitchens, bathrooms, basements, built-in cabinetry, raised ceilings and cathedral ceilings, second story additions, entertainment center build and design, surround-sound, windows replacement old and new, roofing, dormers, all general carpentry. We are fully licensed and insured, plenty of references, free estimates.

He did much of the work himself, but also pulled in a designer, a plumber and an electrician to assist along the way. He provided us a good vision of the project and guided us through the whole process with lots of good suggestions on style and material choice (e.g. maintenance-free deck boards and energy-efficient windows). Good communication overall and the final product turned out nicely. Ken is diligent, trustworthy, and displays good craftsmanship. The project did take a little longer than expected, but quality was a higher priority for us. Would definitely hire again. "
